Wow! We were so impressed by the great service AAA gave of our Sony TV, starting on the 7th and returning our TV today the 10th. George said it is ready and we will bring it back in an hour. That is amazing! I couldnt believe how quickly our TV was repaired and the wonderful team that worked on it. They showed us tips to take better care of our investment and John put all the wires neatly back together and made good suggestions to keep our TV working. We learned so much from George and John on how we can take better care of our TV, but if we need any help from this company again we will not hesitate to call them. 25 years in business says so much about their service. Thanks for the friendliness, the caring and the quick turnover time. They treated us like family. Thanks from the Johnson Family

After an assesment for our broken TV, we paid $125 for parts and labor to have it fixed. We were given a date of when the work would be finished, however after 3 days passed, we called, called, and called some more only to have a woman tell us that we would have to wait for the owner to call us back. After finally getting a call back, we were told that we needed additional repairs in the amount of $200. We would have never gotten the first round of repairs if it costs the same price of a new TV to complete the work. Moral of the story, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Whats funny is that when we passed on the second round of repairs and decided to just throw the tv away, the owner asked us to give him the TV so that he could use the parts!! LOL!

Awesome service!!! Lightning fried my wifes dishwasher. All the appliance repair places wanted a couple hundred dollars to replace the circuit board. I saw that the circuit board had one little component burned out, so I took to AAA TV hopeful they could do something with it. George took it, even though they dont normally work on dishwashers, and had it repaired within 24 hours. When I went to pick it up, he didnt charge me a dime. WOW! Go there.... ask for George.

Amazing service! God the job done quick and clean! Called them up to install my television and home theater as I was referred to them and was not disappointed at all by the great service they had provided. I had Jon come over to the house and he done an incredible job with the home theater, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them for all my television and home theater needs! i gave them my tv with a simple problem. they charged me $80 (up front!) and when i returned the next day, the problem still existed. when i asked why they didnt fix the problem, they gave me the run around and made up a story of how i told them to fix something else. they made me feel entirely uncomfortable and i felt guilty for trusting them with my money and my tv. avoid this shop. go somewhere else.

If you are looking for an fast, honest, fairly priced TV repair shop, DON"T go here! We dropped off our 42 inch LCD TV for a $119 repair. This "repair," quickly escalated into a $ 460, 3 month, yes I said THREE MONTHS ordeal. Finally we have our TV back and now it makes a buzzing sound to and has some new scratches on the base platform Save yourself a headache and hassle and dont use this place!

Do not use this place what so ever! Left a small TV with the ownre George. At first agreed for $70 (whole repair). Than he gave a receopt which said that amount was paid for "diagnosis". As I was suspected, he called in a few days later and informed me that something else is broken which will cost me anothet $50. I said OK, and guess what? It doesnt work properly anymore. This shop sucks!!!

I have been using AAA for all my electronic repairs and service for several years now and they have always provided me with prompt, courteous and honest service. They are a family run business so you know youll receive much more personal service from them then you would at best buy or other large chain stores. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family, two thumbs up!

I would strongly advise any consumer to avoid this place. After telling me twice that there was no diagnostic fee I was charged $89 for a diagnostic and a problem that didnt exist, and told it would take an extra $200 to repair my TV. I got ripped off and the merchant refuses to refund my money. I should have heeded the advice in the other reviews and avoided this place!

I brought my I-pad in for repair about a month ago and the service I received was AAA+! Although I paid a diagnostic fee upfront it was well worth it. The device works like new and I only paid a fraction of what Apple was charging. Thanks John for fast service and teaching me some thing on how to keep my devices working properly.

We had our 65 inch Sony repaired recently and the service was wonderful. We got prompt service. When they finished repairing the problem they set-up a couple of extra things for my husband, who couldnt get behind the TV at no extra charge. Charged me $797.00 and the TV broke down within three months of the time they last touched it. The guy says I need to bring it in or theres a big pick-up fee. Its a 56 inch TV and I have an Aveo. I should never have trusted them to fix it for keeps. I feel like a fool.
