This is the worst store ever. I went there just to copy two of my very important documents. The lady, I regret I have not noticed her name, was talking over the phone with someone. I stood up there for at least 15 minutes to draw her attention. Finally she stopped her talking for a little bit and ask "What do you want?" I replied to her politely that I wanted to know which copier machine worked well. She showed me one and when I started to copy I found it was not working and none of the drawer had any papers! Anyway, she saw that I was struggling, very nice of her, she came after I waved my hand. She tried herself with the copier and finally found that there were no paper. Then she showed me the other Copier and while I was doing it, my document got stuck. I was really annoyed at that time. Cause these documents were very important to me and I was wasting my time in every possible way. Again, she came and try to pull off the papers from the machine and I had to warn her not to rip it off!! She was yelling at me at that time as if it was my fault that the paper got stuck. I was waiting to hear at least she would say, Sorry that your paper got stuck. She took those out and tell me to try again by myself. I cannot imagine someone can do this kind of behave. When I remind her that I had already paid for those copy and I got nothing then she took those and copied from her side and not a single word of "Sorry". I came to customer service to complain about her, the manager came over because I was not happy, and he never apologized either for the whole thing!!! It is the most weird store I have ever stopped off! When I came to this site today, I found there were not a single good review about this store. Corporate office does not care at all about their customers. God knows why they kept this customer review system here. If these reviews work well, then they would probably change their behavior towards the customer. God Bless Staples!

I dropped my laptop off on Sunday to get it checked out and was told I would get a call by Wednesday letting me know what was wrong with it. I called to check the status on Thursday after not getting a call Wednesday. I was put on hold three times and had to explain my situation to three different people. The last person I spoke with said they were checking it now and would call me in the morning. (I took this to mean they only started checking it after I called) So I let them know I would be coming to pick up my laptop and I would just take it somewhere else. Five minutes later they call to tell me they have finished running the tests. I dont like being given the run around when Ive paid someone for something. I will never go back to this Staples.

I dont usually review any store.. But couldnt stop myself writing a review regarding this store...It took them 5 min to notice me while I was standing at the counter and they were talking to themselves (two of them)... I am actually standing here for 25 min to get some spiral binding on a research paper.. The lady in that section told me it will take 5 min...and she has been talking to her coworker non stop and just standing in front of the machine ... I dont know what the corporate office or the manager does in this store..but probably this is the worst staples I have ever been... Oh! FYI- the lady was talking to was the team leader Amanda! No wonder their service is like this! Beware of this store!

Maybe I am lucky but I usually have great customer service here. I had a manager search for my square trade service contract for the longest time because I didnt have my rewards number, and the account was under a number that my husband rarely uses. I have always had an excellent service from their print services though their equipment has been known to malfunction and cause an order to be late. The employees really care about making sure that my order is correct and gave me great advice, and this is just for very small printing and binding jobs. I knocked it down a star because the lines are usually long.

Worst store ever. Rude and ignorant store manager (Edmond Djikpo), who looks like the janitor to say the least. Broken English, poorly dress, wore out shoes with food still around his mouth and not even have his own business card (Shame on you Staples. Vista print 250 cards for $10.00 YES for $10.00). This guy kept me waiting for over 30 minutes (So arrogant of you) because his inert Manager trainee could not make a decision on a return. I may be a single customer, I may not mean anything to a large store but one thing is for sure STAPLES WILL NEVER SEE A PENNY FROM MY. HERE WE GO OFFICE DEPOT.

Just went to buy a printer to support my company. Good thing they are open at 0800 makes it great to get the needed item for opening of the shop. Spent 30 min found a "good" printer go up to buy and its $ 200 more than advertised. The "manger" is like buy it its the best and here its only $ 60 more for the maint plan. Im like $200 more it said it was 299 not 499???? He goes its the wrong one go back sure enough 200 more the old bait and switch didnt happen today ! Never again will I buy a printer from them. The store is an absolute mess. The associates were non-existent. The managers were extremely uninterested and more concerned with their personal conversations between managers, rather than the customers. The only time they cared about a customer is when they loudly yelled " make sure you get a warranty on that" into the employee microphones. The bathroom reeked of urine. Just a horrible shopping experience. Something you would expect out of a mom and pop in Southeast Washington, not a corporation like Staples. Truly disappointed.

I called the 17 of march to get some obituaries done I just lost my sister at 37 yr old the young lady said she would do them even though it was last minute. When I got there she was very helpful and the manger there was unbelievable great they help me in so many ways I was going through alot and the manager comfort me .and said a prayer with me . The store had closed and they stayed and finish them for me the funeral was the next day march 18.2016.they were beautiful and I want to say thank you so much for all your help..

Terrible customer service. I wanted to buy two computer chairs and ask a gentleman up front to help me get them down, he said hed meet me in the back near the chairs. 10 minutes later I asked a lady on the floor, she said she couldnt help but would find someone to help me. 10 minutes later no one was there. So after about a total of 20 minutes waiting I walked out. Will not return, better to buy chairs on Amazon then go to a store with rude employees.

They were out of SD cards, and almost everything else in the store. Also, the sales reps were no where to be found. The one Asian dude that was on the floor purposely occupied himself at a computer station and asked no one if they needed help even though there were several customers walking up and down the aisles, looking as if they needed help. Will never return here again. This one needs to go out of business.
