This Best Buy makes my life easier plain and simple. It sure beats Radio Shack on Walmart. The selection isnt as high as some of the larger stores in Harrisburg or Camp Hill areas but it will get the job done. There are some young kids that really believe they know what they are talking about, but truthfully only a hand full of regular sales associates I ask for help know anything. It pays to go in here and know what you want or what you are looking for. I know being a person with experience and knowledge about most technology helps. There are some employees at this store though that hear things and I know for a fact they are wrong. So just like any where else do your research. I will never judge a Best Buy on its Geek Squad, but I will say if you have a Mac just take a trip to the Apple Store and if you have a PC maybe try another Geek Square or the Staples up the road from this Best Buy. Putting it simpler this Geek Squad down right stinks.

So Im a professional truck driver, Im in high search n demand for hands free, and CLARITY of my phone calls its a must on the road, be it business or personnel. Been in 4 different Best Buy Stores. Been through 2 brands 1st Sanyo $15.00, enough said 2nd Sanyo over $100 complete wireless 3rd Jam complete wireless $100, All No Good for reducing background noise, CLARITY BOO!!! Now on my 3rd brand, LG complete wireless...well see how these go. Staff was very helpful. Jareem I believe was the Customer Service Rep. Behind the counter. Very knowledgeable, and understanding of my frustration to have tried so many and have to stop in between my truck runs, to return. He recommended LG Wireless pricy $200 but matched price $150, he was working other customers in between trying to get approval of price match. Hard worker, Very Professional young man, hope I got his name right, and credit givin where due.

A few months ago I came to Best Buy to get a new phone after mine got trashed at work. It was 7 PM on a Tuesday, and they had two associates at the phone counter. Both associates were working with 4 person families to set up brand new family plans. Needless to say, I was waiting for a while. No worries though, it happens. I just waited my turn. Multiple associates came by to see if they could help while I was lurking around the phone area, which I appreciated. Once they learned I was waiting to get a new phone, they said they would be with me as soon as they could. By the time it was my turn, it was 8:40. They close at 9. The employee helping me, cant remember his name, stayed a half hour past 9 to make sure I got the phone I needed and everything was good to go. Great customer service. Theyre now my first stop for electronic or tech needs

We walked in wanting to purchase one of the new, rather expensive, Garmins. We found the car accessories way in the back corner. It looked like they had just been sticking random stuff back there and no one had been sent back there in a while to check on the merchandise. After waiting there for a minute, we went to go look for someone who could help us. After being told "oh, I dont work in that corner... Ill get someone who does", he contacted someone over his radio and we went back to wait.... and wait... and wait... and wait... After about 15 minutes of NOTHING, we left but not before telling customer service that we were intending on purchasing a Garmin but since it didnt seem "important enough" for anyone to go back and help us, they just lost us as customers... both now and in the future!!!

Bought a computer and they mess up my address my computer supposed to be a pick up in the store since I was on vacation and order with a week in advance . It was sent to the address I used to live 4 years ago .. now they want me to call corporate and fix with them instead of them fix their own errors and have the customer deal with it .. unacceptable. I dont think Ill ever buy anything else here . My frustration with this store is to the roof right now Update: customer support was very supportive Alex (didnt catch her last name ) was very helpful also Chris I believe hes the store manager or shift manager. They made it right and turn a bad situation Into a happy ending.

I was blown away by the above and beyond customer service. We went in for a Bluetooth speaker and Michael was extremely helpful. He showed us so many different models. He was honestly trying to help us find the best speaker to fit our needs and budget, not just trying to sell us the most expensive model. He played us different levels of volume on all the speakers and was enthusiastic and knowledgeable- it made our selection so much easier. We even got a discount on the speaker we chose thanks to their price matching policy. We love the Onyx speaker (Michael recommended) we purchased and were very pleased with the awesome customer service!!!

Went online and chatted with an employee about a new iPhone and the deal available. This person went to the effort of checking the inventory at this store and explaining the deal available. Went to the store--they never heard of the deal and surely werent interested in trying to find out. It will be a long time, if ever, when either my husband or I set foot in a Best Buy again. Someone, somewhere should train employees to understand that a lot of stores carry products, that consumers have a lot choices for their purchases, and turning one off with your disinterest can hurt the companys bottom line.

I entered the store and asked the first associate to direct me to wireless routers. However, I went too far and another associate asked if I was looking for routers. I was shocked by her question and she explained she heard what I wanted through a headset. She pointed me in the right direction to where another associate was. I went to him and he also knew what I was looking for and walked me to the routers. I asked several questions, which he was was able to answer. I picked my router and he checked me out. I am very please with all the associates I encountered during this visit.

Talk about getting the run around. Hate to be negative but I was painfully mislead by a sales people with big egos who simply didnt have my best interest in mind. Run from Best Buy. Do your research there and then go somewhere else. When I called to complain about the computer I bought and how it was explained to me that I was getting a bundle which included monitor and desktop w/keyboard , and thats not what was in the box when I got home, they laughed at me and implied that I was stupid. So this is how they treat people who spend their hard earned money. Thumbs down

Today we went to shop for a refrigrator,TV, washer and dryer for our new home. They had a promotion going on on get two major appliances and get one google home for free. We decided to get $6700 worth these four things. All we wanted were two different transactions of $3700 each and get two google homes. The manager ( George) said that he could not do it because TV ($2,900) was not a major appliance. If there was an option to give zero star, Id loved it for him being that dumb who would considere $1600 worth washer & dryer as a major appliance and not a $2,900 worth TV.
