Buyer Beware!! I Removed my 2005 DVD Player from my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country. After retrieving the Broken part from inside the unit I then taped it to the outside of the unit and shipped it to RT Grim. It was explained that a Bench Fee of $69.00 would be Charged If it had to be torn apart to Diagnose the problem. When they received it and saw the broken Arm Taped to the Unit they called me and said the whole DVD changer had to be replaced at a cost of $344.00. I told them to keep my DVD player for their effort in helping me and Thanked them . I was then told I was still going to be Charged the $69 dollar bench fee. I said for what and I said to Keith the manager You diagnosed the Problem without even tearing apart my DVD Player and your keeping my old unit so You can Repair it and sell it to another customer, but you still want to charge me. So after a Day or two I did not see any Charges to my Credit Card so I thought they decided not charge my card . Well two days later they charged my Credit Card anyway. Buyer Beware

My husband took the dash from my Corvette to RT Grim for repair.Not only was it not repaired the cover for the instrument gauge cluster was broken when the unit was reassembled. The cover was not positioned correctly and was over tightened.When my husband brought it to the Service Managers attention he was rudely told"It was that way when you brought it to us.)It most certainly was not broken when it was handed over as we would have made a note of any damage other than the tachometer not working.He was told that if they hadnt fixed the problem the dash would have to come back to them and then be sent out racking up a larger bill with still no guarantee of a successful fix.Sadly,RT Grim will NOT be getting anymore of our money and will NOT be touching my BMW for a satellite radio upgrade.I am all for shop local/buy local but when the treatment is so BAD I will look farther afield for a professional Electronics Repair Shop!

I had an iPod cable installed in my car because I didnt want a crappy FM Radio transmitter. I had RT Grim do it and had no problems for 10 months. Then my signal started fading in and out. I took it back to them and they fixed it under warranty, even though the issue was caused by regular wear and tear. They also took care of it promptly as I dropped it off at 9:30 and got a call at 10:00 telling me its fixed. Even though I had a minor problem, I appreciate how they handled it. Thats where the integrity of a company shines!

I had a really great experience with this company. The pricing structure is very easy to understand. They include shipping (both ways) in the estimate and their service was not just on time, but faster than they promised. The cluster we had repaired, worked perfectly and our customer was extremely happy. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again in the future.

When our Circuit City TV died, the staff went above and beyond what Id expected to make sure we were satisfied. When they realized our TV was too far gone, they communicated with the warranty company and us on a regular basis until we were assured a new TV was on its way.
