On Thursday, November 25, 2016, I went to the Walmart on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, PA around 2 to walk around and see where their black Friday deals were placed. I went up to an associate and asked them where they were keeping their Hatchanimals. The lady told me back in lawn and garden and that they only had 18 of them. I then went back to look at the area. I then left and returned to the Walmart a little after 5. When going back to the area they were at I was informed that they had handed out wristbands for them at 4 and they were sold out. No where on their ads or in the area was there anything stating that they were giving these out at 4. I then asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Ingrid and she was very rude to me through the whole conversation both in tone and body language so I asked to record the conversation and was told no. She told me that they gave out wristbands at 4, that the people could come get them at 6 but had until 8 to pick them up until they would put back for resale. So I asked if someone could get a wristband at 4 and then leave and have their Thanksgiving and come back by 8 to get it. Ingrid said that they could do that. I talked to other customers there who were also upset and they as well did not know that they were handing out wristbands at 4. This is false advertisement. No where in any of their ads did they say that you could get a chance to get one of these before the 6 oclock time for the sale. I talked to a friend of mine who did her shopping at the Shippensburg Walmart and she said she was told they were sold out as well by 4. This is not fair and i think that Walmart should be held accountable for what they did. Thank you.

I cant tell you the last time Ive been around such low levels of intelligence. I went in looking to get a game, Bloodborne, for my brothers birthday. According to Walmarts web site, they price match Amazon. I spoke with some moron in that section and he spent 5 minutes looking at the listing on amazons website. He then, in a monotone, said, "this says its by Sony." To which I responded, "Yeah, they published it. Scroll down and it says, ships and sold by amazon." He then looked like his peabrain shorted out and asked for some help from an equally creepy looking elderly employee and she confidently said they dont price match amazon. Its stated directly on Walmarts official page that they do, even in-store. I just snatched up my phone and muttered, "unbelievable" and walked out. I was in there for a good 15 minutes. Leaving angry, I went to Target and was taken care of immediately. They price matched the listing and I left feeling gross thinking about how I even stepped foot in this walmart. I dont go to those stores, on principle, but this was the closest place that had that game. I knew they had incompetent employees but I could almost hear the hamster on its wheel sleeping in that guys head. Aside from the irritating service, the place is filthy. Nothing is where it should be, everything is disorganized, and you leave there feeling like you just left a cesspool of social decay... which you did. Never again.

Most of the Staff dont talk to you unless you talk to them. The greeters though do their job! I guess the rest of the staff figures they dont need to greet since the greeters already do it. No bueno. But pretty sure they have a 10 ft rule policy.....yeah....thats not happening. Store has what I need though. Typically tidy. Register associates usually friendly. Last time I was here though, there were work shoes I needed to get. They were 100% displayed for $19.99 even stocked above and under displayed shoe. Perfect right? Go to register and rings up for $29.99, inform them its not marked as such. The woman went to check, comes back, tells me theyre misplaced. But doesnt offer to change price for their stocking mistake. Smh. Did not buy the shoes. They lost a sale. Went else where for shoes.

My son last night cut his finger at walmart not too bad but on a cart... the manager gets paged code white 2x (hes supposed to run.... ) takes 5 min to come to get to us makes us fill out an accident form and asks me if he can get me anything I said yea an alcohol wipe or first aid spray. . He says oh it will burn.. I replied I dont care he cut it on the metal cart.. he comes back with triple antibiotic ointment.. wth is wrong with people. . They are supposed to call me today. .. Im not happy he could have gone in the aisle and got some we were in the pharmacy... am i over reacting??!! — feeling irritated waiting on the phone call!!!

Went in to this store to get some small items and decided to get some boneless chicken wings from the deli for my son and I to have for dinner. The lady actually dug in to the chicken with her hands! and put it in to a container for me and handed it over like it was nothing. When she went for the lid to the container her hands were covered in BBQ sauce and she smeared it all over the pile of lids there. BEWARE do NOT eat from this deli as she was not alone. There were 4 other people standing there talking to her while she did this to the food I ordered so obviously this must be the status quo at the Silver Springs Walmart.

Im not sure what is going on with the Walmarts in this area but customer service is POOR. I called and asked for a particular department and was put on hold for a VERY LONG time so I hung up, called back and tried it again AND THE SAME THING OCCURRED. SO I hung up and called yet again. This time I asked for manager. I was put on hold again...when the lady returned to the phone she said the manager was really busy and asked me if she could take a message???????? I said to her "youre playing, right?" Take a message??????? What in the world??!!!!

I love Wal-Mart the store but the people that work there are rude and pissy. The clothing department is always a mess and the fruit in the produce section is visibly rotten. I went to the vision center today and left crying. Im 16 and dont cry very often, especially not in public but the doctor was very rude. He made me feel so uncomfortable and he did a poor, generic exam. (Wasnt my first exam, Ive had glasses for years. Just needed new ones!) Im not going to this Wal-Mart anymore, I will be taking my business elsewhere!

So I call and call over and over to try to speak with a manager. Every call gets dropped or Im put on hold for 15-25mins. Im trying to call off for my wife because as Im posting this shes in Holy Spirit hospital and she cant call off. The only reason why Im giving them a 1 Star is because the pick up the phone before hanging up on me

Of course the selection is great as is with all Walmarts, and service was okay. Would be 5 Stars if they took Android pay instead of Walmart pay. Android pay is the way to go, Walmart pay is wannabe and makes you download another app and store your credit card information with them, very insecure compared to Android pay.
