I shop at the Camp Hill store about once every month or two for my business. The staff is always polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They nearly always have what I need, and in the rare instances they dont, theyre good at suggesting alternative products. During todays visit, one of the things I wanted was a refill for my pen. Despite me making the mistake of throwing away my old one, the clerk looked at my pen, said he thought he knew which refill it took, and led me straight to the refills. He pulled one off the shelf and opened the pack to try it in my pen to confirm it fit. It did. I felt this was exceptional service for a $4 item.

Stupid, stupid keep me on the phone will you go on line ( I AM ON LINE) looking at the same page . . .! WOW . . . I would not have called the store if your website or the internet could answer my question. You really should know via reference materials which printer heads go with which devices! Now I will go on line and order it elsewhere !

They sold me a printer and dont even carry the ink for it. I know there is a conversion number but the man on the floor was .totally unfamiliar with the products and the lady at customer service was chit chatting the entire 20 min I was in store.

I returned an unopened item a week after purchase. Despite the fact I didnt have a receipt, they happily located my purchase with my credit card. They offered a full refund, no "restocking fee"s or any questions asked. Thank you!
