Switched from Verizon. Its been a nightmare. Every month I have to babysit my bill. They keep charging me for a Bogo phone and I have to remind them what plan I am on so they will fix my bill. And it takes arguing to get it done because they persist they are right when they arent. These are the 800# reps I am talking about. The people in the store are nice and helpful. But I was promised by the person over the 800 line that activation fees were waived. I had to call the first 3 months to get them taken off because they kept putting them back on my bill. They also changed my plan by 10 a month when it was promised and advertised as 50 for the first line and 40 for the 2nd, the rest were free. Well they charge me 55 and 45. Watch your bills. I am seriously looking into another carier again.

Not much.....lines are aways long and it takes about 20 mins per customer. Reps are very helpful when they are able to serve you. They are always having to go off tending to other needs. In short plain to pack a lunch.
