I was very dissapointed with the service I recieved at the customer service area, I wanted to return a television and the team lead told me in a very nasty way (with an attitude) that I needed to return the item were I bought it because of store policy she quoted " oh my god! imma bout to flip in a minute ,I can get you the policy book if you want" so I asked to speak to the store manager so she quoted again "ok hold on imma get the manager but we cant take this back and he gonna tell you the same thing, can you step to the side " so I waited for the store manager fot about 10 minutes and he never showed up to give me his face, the manager and the team leader were talking back and forth on the phone again she quoted "im trying to explain to the guy we cant take this back because of policy and needs to go to the store he bought it because of store policy but he dont understand" at this point the team lead was very aggravated and was looking at me with the nastiest look so I asked her to get me the store managers information additionally I also asked to get the district managers information again she quoted " I cant give you his cell phone number" I responded to her that I need the districts manager business number she said "he dont have one" at the end it took me about 45 min for a simple return. I wil contact corporate and the stores districts manager because I am pretty sure I am not the only customer that has had to deal with this kind of attitude and lack of professionalism from the team members and the store management, also I learned a lesson that I will never forget and that is to never again do business with Best Buy and will discourage anyone from coming to this store.

We bought a samsung washer and dryer back in November and schedule the delivery for January 2nd. When the delivery guys came they said they wouldnt fit so we went back to the store and bought the LG combo like they suggested. The manager gave us their cell and told us he would call us to schedule the delivery asap. Not only did he not call but he never answered the phone and whenever we called the store no one answered. After finally talking to customer service they said delivery would be today. The delivery staff came today and said they forgot the stacking kit so we asked to install them anyways side to side, so he went back to the truck and came 5 minutes later to tell us the washer was dented so he couldnt install it. We tried calling again but no one answer so were back in the store for the third time and its 9 oclock.... Dont waste your time and $$

Terrible service!!!!! I hate to say it but their Hispanic employees cater to Hispanic customers. It happened to me not once but twice. I bought a car radio geek squad was suppose to install and my appointment was canceled twice. Not to mention I did not find out my appointment was canceled until I actually arrived at the store at my scheduled time. No one called to let me know that the tech "had car issues". The manager seemed to be scared of his own employees. They all seemed to be at work for a social hour rather than assisting customers. I would never ever spend another dollar in that store. Waste of my time and a very TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

While I do agree with some reviews on wait time being WAYYYY TOO LONG, I enjoy coming to this Best Buy. No particular reason for it. I always go in knowing what i want and always knowing the majority of info on the thing i want. Id also agree that some team members lack knowledge on products, but like i said, i always research before i go in. Customer Service is always great to me. Some employees even recognize me since i frequent this location. I spend way too much here though lol Elite Plus Status

Why is best buy in business still. I went there a few weeks ago because I needed a display port cable for my monitor. No one in the stores asked me If I needed help and when i ask for help they dont try. I was sent to two different spots and given conflicting information until I finally made someone look it up in the computer only to discover after 20 minutes of back and forth they didnt have it. Just order whatever you need off amazon youll probably get it quicker.

I was there 5 times and always have problem with them. the last time i came there ,this guy take my information to apple credit card best buy and he told me i will have 10% credit reward back. after he took my information, he told me that he cant take back 10% credit reward. Warning becareful with this guy and with this store. I call manager and they just say sorry. --- Check people reviews for this store before you come. Their service is really terrible ---

The store didnt carry the phone I wanted. The customer service rep said it was sold out in all stores in the DMV but I think she just wanted to order it to get a sale for her store. Its a small store. There was a line in the mobile phone Dept to get help. Ive never seen anything like it. Dont go here. Order online or try anywhere else. I ended up at the Columbia Heights store and they had the phone in stock SMH

Best Buy as a company is kind of faltering. This particular store is OK. But thats all. The parking isnt great. The layout is a little odd for me, and they seem to buy under-stocked on the items I usually want. The staff is pleasant, but (in my experience) not terribly helpful all the time.

Yesterday i went there to buy the new Samsung Galaxy S4 and i didnt really understand what to do but a worker named Matthew Michaels helped me understand it better and made me and my daughter laugh a few times but overall he is a great salesperson and deserves 5 stars for his service .

Is it due to short staff I dont know but it was painfully hard to get someone to open the Open-Box counter. Spoke to three employees but none could help. Two promised but did nothing. A bit unusual for a Best Buy store. Usually get such treatment at Micro Center in Rockville.

The mobile department was very helpful despite some serious ordering problems with phones that were out of stock. Tyler and Morgan were both helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Also kudos to Gary for finding our shipped phone!
