Radioshack, in general, is a great place to find electronic items and accessories or hobby related items in a pinch. In my case, I unfortunately left my laptop charger behind while traveling for work. I researched the universal charger I needed, which was in stock at this location (surprising... ill get to that). I rushed to the store, luggage in hand with 3 minutes left to go before the store closed. The female employee at the front door held it shut. I said this will take TWO MINUTES... just need a laptop charger urgently. She turned into the store and asked the other (useless) employees, turned back and shook her head "no" at me. Really?! Because youre not closed and the employees inside are CLEARLY socializing with non-employee/non-customers. My previous visit, I tried to buy iBeats by Dre headphones... but like most of the products on the walls, only the empty display box remains. On the positive side, I have successfully purchased batteries and power strips from this location. I have learned not to expect much more than that. Truly the worst example of a RadioShack I have ever experienced.

A Private User

I went in to get a laptop charger. I was able to pry the cashier away from her conversation with her co-workers for help finding one. She was helpful in pulling it out of the box so I could see if it had the correct end, which it did, but after a minute of me standing while waiting for her to finish her conversation with her buddies I just walked out of the store and she had no idea. It was 70 bucks anyway which was the cheap one. Horrible customer service and horrible prices.

Met the staff here in late June while on a day trip (I was in America for the summer), all of us playing pokemon go and ended up chatting about it. Months later, I brought my dad to the pub just up the road and stopped off at the same radio shack and the same staff and I played pokemon go all over again. Sound lads, day was made.
