This is my new favorite office store in the Harrisburg area. I used to love Office Depot/Max but recently Staples has totally exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions. Cynthia from the print area was super customer service oriented and really went out of her way to make sure my print job was done correctly. On another occasion, Jason went out of his way to help me, said he would call me for follow up and sure enough he did. I use them for shipping too and they are very helpful with that as well. Although I will say, I had a large envelope returned to me one time by USPS for insufficient postage which was a little disturbing since they were fingerprints being mailed for a school related background check. Yikes- but these things happen. I never did call the store to let them know because Ive just been too busy and it was only a quick trip to the post office to get it sorted out. But in any case, the folks at this Staples mean well and try very hard to keep their customers. Thanks!

Business cards cut crooked and slanted over 400 cards of the 500 I ordered were messed up along with words being cut off. I whited out the card to cover information but as you can still see the card is entirely crooked. On top of the customer service online and on the phone (not this location) very unprofessional. Wanted me to go back to the store for a full refund. I have never used staples before and will never use them again. Use a local company or online services with better reviews. They do not stand behind their work. Update: 4-22-17 Manager from this location called me today and are taking care of my complaints. Issued refund and offered to reprint. Changed review to 3 stars. I may have them do different cards for me at a later date now that they made this right. Thanks

When to buy a new desk chair. Instead of asking me if I needed a help, a employee was to concerned moving stock, ignoring me. He knew I was there. Stood there for about 10mins. Then the chair I wanted had to be ordered. I paid the extra money for them to put it together. Then I got an email saying my order was ready to be picked up. But when I got to the store, my chair was still in the box, there was even a note on the box for them to assemble it. I had to wonder around the store for about 25mins while they put my chair together.

I went here to get phone fixed and the customer service was wonderful. A man named Lester was very friendly and came back in no time with my phone fixed and working. 10/10 recommend you go here for broken phones. They do an excellent job.

Ive been to walmarts with better service/staff that knows what is in there store and how to use the equipment, the place is like a twilight zone with a bunch of spaced out young people on there phones and chatting.
