Went there to get a new charger for my Samsung Galaxy S6 but they dont sell Samsung replacement chargers. They tried to sell me an off brand charger for $40 (the pictures attached to this review are the only brand they sell). I was planning to leave but then the staff talked me into changing my plan because "it was the same plan but less expensive". Not only was it 12 dollars more a month (which I didnt find out until my next bill arrived), I can no longer go back to the old plan because it isnt available anymore. I brought my bill back to the store after it went up so the situation could be resolved. I had to wait 45 minutes in the middle of a week day just to speak with someone. After I did, I was told I should not have been moved to the new plan for 2 more months, but then it would be cheaper. They offered to provide me a bill credit to compensate for the increase during those two months. I accepted but was told the request would be submitted to their store manager and then someone would text or email to let me know if it had been approved. Not surprisingly, I never received a message from the store manager and never received a credit on my bill. Im still trying to get this situation resolved and suspect this AT&T store will never fix it. If you decide to go here, do not trust them.I

They definitely need a new manager or give the current one a personality adjustment. He is so rude and refuses to listen to you unless youre buying a new phone plan. Definitely not cut out for customer service. He walked away while I was in mid-sentence to hustle on over to new customers just walking in. Take your business somewhere else where you can be treated courteously and respectfully. This is NOT the place.

Made the switch from Sprint to AT&T as a Directv customer and Burry made the change flawlessly! From transferring data, to setting up accounts and establishing bill pay. My family and I felt very comfortable in the relaxed atmosphere and were fully informed every step of the way. Even after our initial visit, we called or visited and got our questions and concerns addressed professionally and quickly.

Went in to activate new phone. The sold me a new data plan, unlimited, and direct tv while I was there. The finances discussed in store were very different from reality. My cell phone bill (2 phones) increased by nearly $200 vs the $15 discussed in store and the promo offers related to Direct TV "shouldnt have been offered" and were not available resulting in increased costs.

Markus, the sales associate who helped me today was amazing. He answered all my questions, helped me with issues I had learning my new phone and also sold me on Direct TV. I will recommend this AT&T store to all my family and friends. Both Markus and Haseed, who helped me on Sunday, are excellent sales associates and very knowledgeable in their field.

Ill tell you what i had the most pleasant and best time with your employees Markus, Racardo, and Harry. Thwy were all very helpfull and knowledgeable and probably the best experience ive had in a long time i would highly recommend anyone to use this store. During my experience with at&t. I had great customer service with the worker named Burry, anytime i have questions i stop by at the at&t store and burry is always there to answer my questions professinonally and correctly. I highly reccomend the at&t store in eldersburg, and if burry is there i highly reccomend his service

The guy had no desire to help me. Does any AT&T manager read these reviews? He should be in a back office with no contact with the public. He wouldnt listen to me, because he knew what my problem was and how to fix it! FYI - He didnt fix it at all!

Ive had only stellar experiences here. Burry is an expert in all things that are technology, Apple OR Android! My phones work great and the service is spectacular at this store. I highly recommend Burry and this ATT!

The staff is friendly, the store is well maintained. They unfortunately cant do everything that a corporate store can. Warranty issues, some exchanges, etc, are issues that youll have to go elsewhere to resolve.
