Dont purchase any overpriced protective case for your iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S here. The cases for the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4S are EXACTLY THE SAME, so dont let them fool you into thinking they will not fit your phone. I tried a case on my 4S and it fit--perfectly. They are really not knowledgeable at this store, especially the one with the ponytail and the guy from the caribbean. They swear they know more than people with basic access to the internet, which is really the extent of their knowledge. They lied and said that the volume buttons are larger on the 4S and the silence switch is higher up or some BS. Do not bother shopping here unless youre in a rush or something. Amazon, eBay, or the actually carrier for whatever phone you want is a better deal. They also do not have any "specials", promotions, or discounts on anything, it is their job to lie and say that they do. Youre paying the same amount you would pay at any store.

I went in to this Radio Shack to get a pre-paid cellphone and the white manager acted as if I was radioactive. Not enough money in it for them, I guess. Whats sad is the managers light in the loafers Mexican boyfriend working there was actually giving me flack. I wonder if these people even realize that Radio Shack is a dead-company walking and theyll be out of jobs in 2016. Hello? You need all the business you can get. Funny, because I know about a dozen people at work who go there fairly regularly and I spoke with them when I got back from lunch and they said they had experienced the same sort of thing. The one African/Caribbean guy working there is cool, according to a few of them but everyone else just sucks. The consensus is its better to order online or go to Verizon.

Wow. Thats all i can say. I called to ask about a simple product and if they had it. Right away, the lady working, named Tiffany, said to me " Ay hold up a minute" so at first i just brushed it aside as would any level headed person, giving the benefit of the doubt. After she return she asked me " Ay so what do you want?" I told her i was looking for a simple accessory, she paused for a minute, then said "Uh, Im not sure.. Nah i dont think we got that" As i started to ask her another question, before i finished my first word she said " Alright, we dont got that bye." Wow is all i can really say about that. I called the district manager and left a message immediately. I know times are tough, but really?

I called to inquire about a white HTC EVO phone that was on sale. I spoke to Steve and he told me they had one left bit they had black ones I asked him to hold it I was on my way, I get to the store and the phone that I inquired about was being sold. Ok, thats one thing, then I said ok I will take the regular one, guess what they didnt have ANY, they totally wasted my time, the other sales guy offered to pick up some phones from another store, why, I wasted gas coming to your store, I rather waste it going tri the other store where they actually had what I was looking for. Never again

I came in looking for an electronics component which was out of stock on the shelves. The manager was working a register that day so I asked him if they had any more of the component, and he said probably in the back and said hed go check. Then I waited for 5 minutes as he chatted up one of the female workers, with another male worker sending texts on his phone before leaving. Awful customer service

I had to wait for 5 mins to return items I bought. They needed to check to make sure i wasnt returning items I didnt pay for. Even though I walked into the store and walked right to the counter and presented my items. All this from the same guy that sold me the items just 2 days before and greeted me as I entered the store. Such poor customer service.

Radioshack used to be the place to go for specialty electronics, but with the convenience and cheaper prices of Amazon, its really hard to recommend this place. The customer service is absolutely terrible and the employees know little to nothing about the products they sell. Inventory is also minimal.

I asked them to look up other Sprint stores in the area, and they refused to look up on their computer (with internet mind you). Then they proceeded to tell me that looking up this information is "against their normal actions." SO basically customer service is not in Radioshacks job description.

You think that a store called RADIO SHACK would know what a Stereo Radio AM/FM receiver was, and how I could go about getting repair parts for one. Worst customer service. If youre looking for electronics equipment, take the time to drive up Route 1 to Atomic Music. Much better service.

Is Ridiculous Ive never seen so many minorities in one unified location. The service was horrible everyone was either on their phone or talking with each other. Also no one knew what I was talking about when i said car charger. Retardshack is what it should be called.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff...They took the time to explain the various qualities of rechargeable batteries and demonstrated a vast knowledge of digital cameras.

Service was good. Stock of electronic components is a bit limited- they only had one MOSFET in stock. Prices are a bit high, and I dont like the paid parking.
