DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVEN FOR AUTHORIZED WORK THROUGH YOUR TV VENDOR. IN MY CASE MY TV WAS COVERED WITH SAMSUNG, I TOOK TWO DAYS OFF WORK FOR THEM TO DROP OFF THE TV, JUST FOR THEM TO CANCEL BOTH TIMES. THEY HAVE SEVERAL EXCUSES BUT I STILL DONT HAVE THE TV. BEWARE, IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY YOU GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR!

I got my 55 inch tv fixed at Executive Electronics right before Thanksgiving and I must say their service was top notch. Service was fast, affordable and high quality. Definitely will go back to them in the future for my electronic repairs. Highly recommended.
