This company was deceptive in selling a phone on Ebay to me. I paid a premium for a new phone. Got their "new" phone only to be told by Sprint (my carrier) that the phone was previously registered to someone else. Why they returned it is unknown to me. All I know is that I like Ebay and have had nothing but favorable experiences with companys that have favorable ratings. THIS IS THE EXCEPTION! I asked them to send me a new phone that met Ebays definition of "new" ("New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging ...Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store."). I also suggested that they pay me the difference between what they charged me for a new phone, and what a used one would sell for (roughly $100 difference). They refused. They want the phone back and refund me my money. Given their history with this phone, I seriously believe that the phone would be put on the market again and sold as "new" to some unsuspecting consumer. I will deal with them with complaints on Ebay, and have already filed a complaint with the BBB in Maryland. I am very happy to tell anyone my story and can have you verify it by checking Simple Cells Ebay ratings to find my complaint, or to see the outcome of my BBB complaint. Unless consumers hold companys to task for deceptive trade practices, they will continue to get away with deceiving new customers into believing lies.

These guys are scam artists, and I wouldnt be surprised if they are the next e-commerce company to be sued by Apple. All of the Apple accessories listed on their site are 100% counterfeit, as well as most of the other brands they are selling. Apple sells a 5 Watt charger + Lightning cable for $38 ($19 + $19) and this company sells the same "Apple" products for $9.21. Samsung sells an Adaptive Fast charger for $29.99 and this company sells for $6.98. There is no possible way for a company to sustain itself, mush less profit, selling genuine accessories for less the 25% of the manufacturers price. They claim to "purchase overstock inventory from large retailers," but the Adaptive Fast Charger is a brand new product from Samsung. There are not any retailers liquidating Fast chargers. The ONLY explanation here is fraud. This company is committing retail fraud on a massive scale.

Scam. I ordered twice the same product because I really needed it. Both products were defective and used (they sell it as new). One of the memory cards I bought from them still had pictures of the previous customer on it. I returned the items. I got my money back at least.

Company does not honor their return policy. Tried contacting customer service who was no help at all. Check their other complains on the Better Business Bureau website, as there as many. Do no trust this fraudulent company.
