When I arrived here, i saw many cars on the lot that looked fantastic, I ended up driving off in a car i bought from them, just to be stranded somewhere else an hour later. THE BATTERY HAD DIED! After the battery was replaced the RADIO WOULD NOT WORK! When i said i just wanted to let them keep the car and that i wanted my money back, Donovan the owner said TOO BAD, take the car or leave it, but i wasnt getting my money back. Since i wasnt getting my money back i bought a USELESS warranty for the car. Took the car to the shop, turns out theres MANY things wrong that the warranty WILL NOT COVER! Im a single mom in College. I spent 2500 down on a car thats only gonna last me a little while longer because i can not afford to fix the things that WERE WRONG WITH THE CAR before i bought it! BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD PLACE TO GO!

These people are amongst the most shadiest car places in Austin, most of the people that wrote good reviews are the ones that actually work there and their family members. I was sold a car from relando, and 30 days it came with a ton of problems, off course it did, i didnt have establish credit so I understood what i was getting my self into, but i payed 16 months of payments, I lost my job because it went out of business and missed one payment 6 days later they repod my car. Ok fine ill just pay the repo cost, no Rene said i couldnt even pay the cost and we has going to take my car...hmm great service, if you get a car from here please make sure you pay your bill on time or they will take it in a heart beat. :(

DG Auto Sales helped me find the perfect SUV for my 4 year old toddler and I. I worked with Donavin when purchasing my Tahoe, and we test drove 6 or 7 cars. Each car was is good condition, and I could have taken any of them home. DGs prices are very competitive. Their lot was full, with an array of styles and colors. Their focus is to sell affordable used cars to people who pay cash or want easy approval on financing. I financed with them, and am assuming as long as you make you payments, there should be no reason for complaint. I love my truck, and have not had one problem with it. I am happy I chose DG Auto Sales, and have referred a handful of friends to do the same!

I went to go buy a bmw the sales persons act all nice but all they do is steal from u. I bought a bmw an hour later tht i took the car home the antifreeze exploded nd the motor busted then the manager took it to fix it nd said he was gona help me but i said i wanted my money bak nd he got all mad nd made me get another car then the other car i took didnt wanted to turn on when i got home then i took their junk cars bak nd ended up loosin 2500$ giving em tht money for free tht i had to work hard nd saved for along time

I bought my car from Rolando at DG and this dude was really nice to me,he help me get my first car, he was really patient cuz i wasnt sure what to get, i end up getting a Blazer and until now its still running,i havent had to spent money on anything major,just oil changes and brakes,but anyways he work with my down payment and my monthly payments,other dealerships would not let me even test drive a car cuz at the time i was just 18

If you looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go!!! The staff there was very professional and friendly. My sister went there and bought her vehicle and said she had a great experience. So when me and my husband starting looking we went there and we are so glad we did. We got the vehicle we want at a good price. After dealing with DG Auto Sales, I now have a new standard of service that I expect! These guys are Great! The owner is friendly and fair and always with a smile. They dont just take your money and leave you on youre own after the sale. Their cars are always clean and well maintained. I would recommend them to anyone I know, and I already have! Please save your time and go somewhere else. Even though customer service is good. The cars suck. I got one on saturday and by sunday it wouldnt turn on the part that sucks was that i was out. The worst part is the owner, NO refund. For only having 2 days thats pretty unfair. It would be great if they were to explain this at the begging but no all the want to do is get rid of the cars

Worst place to get a car. They fix the cars temporary to get them sold once u buy its out of their hands as they say. Not only that if your late or something has come up they give no lenients like if the car is brand new . Your better off going to a real dealership not these little rip off auto sales places. DONT GO THERE! DONT LEARN THE HARD WAY!!

I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey from them 2 years ago in march never had any issues with the car only thing that has been done is proper maintenance oil change and tire rotation still same tires on it already put 50,000 miles on it and still running strong was easy and pleasant to buy no hassle got me In and out in no time

I went to DG auto sales and shop for a Q45 that they had on there lot and when I told the sales manager that I was still shopping for another vehical he got upset for no reason. It was like I was wasting his time if anything he was on my time ! I will never go there again.

Extremely unprofessional. The cars have problems and when I was late and in the hospital, these jerks picked up my car, and I had money and cologne and a few other items that I know I keep in my car taken. Donovan and Frank are the biggest idiots out there!
