To sum it up, "No negative surprises, only positive ones..." Daniel was professional, kind and helpful from the second I walked through the door. He was honest, and made the usually stressful process of buying a vehicle relatively easy and fun. After test driving my vehicle, I realized the right blinker did not work. I addressed the issue with Daniel when I returned to start the buying process, and he put it in the contract that the part would be ordered and replaced as soon as the part came in (No cost to me, as it should be at point of sale) Two business days later, I received a call letting me know my part was in...I drove down the next day and it was replaced in 15 minutes. The second time I had to go back to the dealership was when my plates came in. Same order of operation...I received a phone call before my paper plates expired, I drove down to the dealership and my plates and tags were put on in less than five minutes. I know it takes very little time to put on plates and a tag; however my point is that I was taken care of immediately. Even when they are busy, they are mindful of the returning customers time...Not just new money walking through the door. Every time I have interacted with any of the guys on staff, I have been pleasantly surprised. The customer service is always where it should be for an industry that is usually known for poor customer service. I have had my vehicle for three months now, and couldnt be happier.

In a world filled with the dreaded "car salesman" and "tote the note lots" there is an exception to the rule. Bernard at Austin Auto Assistance is the exception. Recognized and respected my need and did not try to impose or interject otherwise. Listened instead of talked and responded instead of reacted. Remained focused upon my concerns and subtle paranoia of buying a used car from a lot that remains free of aesthetic luxury. A no nonsense, quick to respond with accurate information rather than hyperbole experience. Delivery (a cash purchase) was painless and was a radical departure from what one would expect. Bernard did not confront me with layers of management but negotiated the entire transaction independently. I drove away with little or no buyers remorse that is typical in the purchase of a used vehicle. Future interest (although the vehicle has no warranty) remains to be seen, but there is a feeling of comfort in the fact that based upon his consistent focus, I feel certain I have developed a rapport based upon mutual trust. By the way, they even accepted my check for payment rather than expose me to wire transfers, etc. A pleasant and painless experience to say the least.

You will be wasting your time! I have spent the past 3 days (almost 8 hours total) trying to get a straight answer on the price of a vehicle only to be told that they didnt want my business. You will be offered only "in-house" financing at 25% and refuse to run your credit against an outside financier. I attempted to counter their initial offer only to be given a song and dance about having to run it by the "manager", a person I never actually saw, shook hands with or spoke to. Only to, this afternoon on my final attempt, be told "no," they didnt want to accept my offer. Or hell! Counter like a real salesman would. Finally, when I asked them, bluntly, if they wanted my business I was shrugged off. What ever happened to salespeople who want to sell you something. I highly suggest finding another car lot. At least someone who will buy you breakfast after they screw you.

Daniel and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. I was able to get exactly the car I wanted with a down payment and financing I could afford. They also gave me exactly what I needed on my trade-in vehicle. I purchased a 2004 BMW Z4. Mileage was 67k Car was exactly as described with no hidden problems. Entire experience was stress-free. No pushing, no pressure. Three other potential buyers came to view the car while we were discussing financing options (It was listed that day). Daniel held the car for me so I could collect the cash and paperwork for the purchase on my word and a handshake. They also had the car listed and sold to me for the same price as advertised which was the KBB Fair purchase price. No "Thats a cash price" BS or other tricks. DONT GO TO A SHADY DEALER WITH A TRAILER OFFICE, CALL DANIEL AND BUY FROM AAA!!!!!!!!!

I have been looking for a very specific vehicle and da triple AAA had one at a good price. I have been to other dealers that had this vehicle and been disappointed because the car turned out to be in really bad shape. This is what I was expecting again. I was pleasantly surprised that the car was in excellent condition, and the car was almost in pristine condition. The test drive was great, and all of the salesman I talked to were very polite and helpful. I already had my own financing lined up, so everything went very smoothly. Very professional, great selection of cars, and very good customer service will bring me back the next time I am looking for a car.

Bernard was a very helpful person and very nice and we got the car we wanted. We would definitely recommend family and friends to go and check out the inventory at Austin Auto Assistance they will bend over backwards to make sure that you are happy with the car that youve purchased. The whole group has excellent team work and a very positive attitude in making sure every customer is satisfied with the selection they have. They are all charismatic and very friendly. Bernard was exceptional. After a lot of research, my mother and me decided to take a trip to Texas, knowing Austin Autos had the Subaru i wanted, at a very decent price. Unknowingly, meeting Bernard in person turned out to be such an awesome experience. He was above and beyond describing us every inch of the car and answered all of our questions. We had a fun little test drive and felt grateful for Bernards knowledge and personality. We met the owner of the store and he went out of his way to fill up the car at the gas station before we began our journey back home. Overall i am thrilled and will never forget the experience!

Purchased a vehicle over 2 months ago.... I still have not received the title or the tags. The car was bought by my son, and the sales person said we couldnt put it in his name...which turned out not to be true. I have been calling for weeks and no one will give me a striaght answer. *****After posting this review I received the a call and the manager personally delivered the tags and registration to my sons home. I still have not received a title. I think the processes for handling the paperwork on cash sales should be revised by this dealer. I have not had any problems with the vehicle.*****
