I have two vehicles with this company and I admit my lateness on this payment. But when a payment is late they call all your points of contacts and make threats of Repossession instead of talking to the owner of the vehicle which is a violation of privacy or the contract, they may call your contacts but cant discuss any business with them. They say that they understand when problems do occur and they are willing to work with you. They have no understanding, cooperation, or patience in this manner. Ravens attitude when she speaks is so rude its sad. I worked for a dealership for years and we never repossessed a vehicle that the payment was 24 days late even after 15 days late, we try to work with them even if its concurring problem that carries over a few months to get the customer back on track.. The girls there have no customer service. If you treat people poorly, you get no respect back. So unprofessional! We are returning one of our vehicles bcuz we are having a rough time right now and were unhappy with their services. Its like a selfish person selling you a car then turns around and wants it back. I feel if its the bank thats concerned about their payments then in your Bill of Sale contract it needs to specify that after a certain amount of days if payment is not made the vehicle can be repossessed. This is what you customers need to see in writing and expressed verbally.

DONT BUY from these guys. They are stupid, rude and dumb. I walked in today lookin for a car. They have(or had) a nice 06 Acura they want 11000 for it. It has 157k miles thats alot for a 06 anyways i told the sales rep to let me test drive it . Hes said yes but first we have to fill up an aplication and run your credit , i said but im paying it cash.. He said once again we need to fill up an aplication .i said But i am paying the car right away if i decide to buy it so why do you need to run my credit? He said nono we need to fill up an aplication and check your job how much money you make so you can test drive it . I said i dont have a job.. Then he goes oh no then you cant do the test drive.. im like wtf!!!! I said i am paying it cash!!!!! I drive it, if i like it ill give you the damn money you give me the title ...done deal !!!!!! How stupid!!!! i said you know what keep your F.@. Car. Turned around and walked away. I saw negative comments about them before i should have payed attention to them... If some body is willing to buy a car from you and he wants to pay it the same day , youll think that it would be easier than getting a car loan apparently not to this dumb dealership if you can call that a dealership

I found a nice jeep grand cherokee at this place and filled out the credit app. online. The salesman called me to tell me I was approved and to come over to do the deal. After I drove 45 minutes from south Austin during rush hour I arrived to find out they werent williing to sell me the vehicle I wanted based on my credit rating and tried to show me a list of junk cars to choose from. NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THESE SHADY BASTARDS! These people are bottom feeders...
