Hood county residents!!! Beware there is a CROOK out there. Im referring to Pruitt Auto Sales. They CAN NOT be trusted to do what they say. Ron Pruitt the owner clearly WONT back his fellow employee/wife {Beth Pruitt} in her decision to keep a "GOOD CUSTOMER" happy. Had a issue with part breaking in March. Called we will fix it, but have a few others in front. Called every other week from there on. Response was back up in garage. Machanic quit. In May 2016 paid my truck off. Questioned Beth Pruitt as I was heading her payoff check about still broken part "not a problem we will fix it weve been a good customer we will make it right Dont worrie".7/14 I called and asked if I could put my truck in line this week.I was told via receptionist Ron said NO!! to time consuming, Ron says to me "we dont do that kinda work anymore as of Today". IM Totally Floored. Ron is Clearly in for what he can get. I truly believe I couldnt live with myself to let this be unknown. We good heart trustworthy hardworking honest people have to watch out for the "Untrustworthy dead hearted apparently take what he can kinda guy. I strongly suggest not to waste your time and you hard earned money at PRUITT S AUTO SALES. "CROOKS".

I strongly strongly urge you to look elsewhere for a car. I bought a car from here in December, then in April the transmission. Went out after I drove it only 3, 000 miles. I was ahead on my payments until May when I took it into the shop. They assured me that "youre a good customer, we will take care of you." I had moved three hours away and still managed to get the car in for repair, Upon Arrival I was told by Tom that "the owners werent in that day, and that I would just have to find a ride home" back to Austin. He also assured me it would just be two weeks til they fixed it. I called a week and a half later and they still hadnt found a part for it, they were looking for a used transmission. At that point I was done dealing with these crooked people. They dont do what they say they will do and they dont give any cares to you other than to make money off of you. They claim Christianity but the Christian God I serve wouldnt condone such behavior.

If you are looking to buy a great pre owned vehicle at a good price. Youre search is over because pruitt auto sales is that and everything else you would exspect when it comes to buying your next ride. Also no need asking for one inperticular person either because they are family owned and will all treat you as your good friend. Grady Smith

Bought my truck from them in April 2016, quick easy process. Ive never had a problem with them or the vehicle. The people complaining about repairs, these vehicles are sold as-is meaning the new owner is responsible for getting it done NOT the dealership. If he agrees to fix it thats his choice but isnt required... just sayin

I stopped into pruitts a couple weeks ago, beth showed me two cars both which i test drove...beth made me an AWESOME DEAL on the car i chose!!! that was about 3 weeks ago and beth is still working with me even tho i havent yet bought it...TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY, its a done deal !!!! See u then beth!!!

They are Terrible, Had a friend to was dealing with them on a car she bought from them. she had it in their shop to repair and she was not past due or late on payments and they sold her car off while it was suppose to be repaired. Be careful taking your car to them or they will sell it off
