This is actually my second time writing this. I dont know how the other review disappeared. Well anyway, I was approached by the nigerian salesman to go out with him. He has a girlfriend or wife, not sure, but that did not stop him from coming on to me, he even called my home phone from the information he got off my application. I kept telling him no while I was trying to make a decision on what car I would purchase from the options that were given to me for my down of $1,500. This person continued to become more aggressive and annoying and when I made a complaint to the owner I was treated very rudely. Then, get this, I was told I would need to come up with a larger down since my credit was so bad! Needless to say I did not get a vehicle with them. Months down the road a new hire at my job came up to me and asked if I remembered her. She was one of the receptionists that worked at Dynamic Motors. She told me she had to leave the job because she went through the same harrassment with this person and encountered an attitude of indifference from the staff and owner when she complained. If anyone else has had similar problemes with Dynamic I would be all for making a formal complaint.

This car company is a rip off. My car payment is $400 a month but I pay it in biweekly payments of $200. But this ripoff company wants me to pay even if Im paid three times a month which gives them a $600 car payment. I tried to explain to them that my car note is $400 regardless of how many times I get paid a month but I guess you have to have some sense of intelligence to understand the difference between $400 and $600. I will never ever again purchase a vehicle from this company and will advise my friends and family to stay clear of them. Furthermore, my warranty of 12 months/12,000 miles really means that I pay for labor and parts. I say this because my engine light has been on for the entire 6 months that I had the car, but Im told that I have to pay their mechanic to "fix" the problem. What is the WARRANTY for?

Please i mean please dont buy no car from them. When i got this car I explain to them I get paid on a Friday but they made my payment on a Tuesday so the sale men said no problem i pay them every Friday like clock work but know they worrying on a Tuesday so must that im thinking about taking a lost in giving them back this car. Please do not buy a car from a pay here buy here dealership. Plus please read your contact closely the have a 250 deductible insurance please dont make the bad decisions i made this car is not worth the money that will pay them at the end.

RUN AWAY !!! Customer service is absolutely horrible. Despite being consistent with my payments my car has been cut off several times. When I call in to fix any issue my concern is only met with extreme nastiness unless I am calling with a payment. Which you would think warrants some respect from the company when calling in to fix a mistake on their part. I am convinced they are very racist. By name Tina, Carla, and Michael will screw you over because this company feels as if they can treat their customers horribly AFTER THE SALE IS MADE.

G.t worker at this ceaser chavez location told me to my face that they are not responsible for anything that happens to the car while it is at the shop. You are 100% responsible for anything that happens to the car while in the shop sir. What if it was your car at my shop and I key the door and give it back and say were not responsible and start naming anything that could cover you in protection. Hope you learn the hard way. Dont take your car there. I just wish I recorded you and put you on fb and twitter to show how wrong you are g.t

We got a vehicle there it was nice but the alignment needed to be fixed, Luckily I had the warranty after a week of waiting for it to be fixed it came back and nothing was fixed eventually my tire gave out and I did not want to have to take it back and wait a whole week from them to fix it ugh now Im stuck having to fix it myself a lot of things my vehicle needed to be fixed as well and having to wait for it to come back as it was when I sent it in is a waste of my time that I do not have! The last time I buy a car from there ever!

This place is awesome!!! All the sales people are extremely nice and helpful. The salesman Bradley is a trip. He had me laughing the whole time and made everything very easy for me. I highly recommend people to come here. you are literally treated like family every time. When I came back about 2 months later, I was treated like everyones best friend they had not seen in a long time. Even after the sale I still get that amazing service from dynamic motors and thats hard to find theses days.

Dont buy a car from here. They dont talk about hidden fees that they throw in ur contract. This place should be shut down their not out to help you butvrip you off. Sounds great at the beginning but wait till they hit you with another hidden fee "deffered down" from ur original down payment of 300 a week for 5 weeks. Who can afford That? We put 1500 down in the beginning and list it all they picked my car up 2 weeks later cause I refused to pay 300 a week. When they quoted me at 150. Dont go here

I cant begin to tell you how much i wasnt looking forward to having to buy a car. Lifes been a lil crazy and as such my credit suffered. This place at no point made me feel bad for that. They treated me with respect. GT the manager was quick, helpful and made the entire process last less then an hour. Brad my sales guy is a Rockstar. If i could have given this place 10 stars i would have. Get down here and get yourself one hell of a car for the right price!

A rip off and when your choosing a vehicle or even looking at one they are so eager and desperate for to buy one they push to buy one just horrible experience never again will I go here BEWARE EVERYONE OF THIS PLACE ALSO THE DEDUCTIBLE IS 250FOR THE INSURANCE IT SAYS IN THEIR CONTRACT RIGHT THERE I HAD STOP MYSELF BECAUSE YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON INSURANCE WILL BE HIGH!!!!!

GT was really awesome in addressing concerns and giving us all the necessary information prior to showing us the vehicles. He knew to put numbers before our preview of the vehicle so we wpuld not be hindered by what our heart wants rather than what our budget could afford. First car buying experience and it was amazing!

They dont work with you they repo car for 120.00 ridiculous! !! The GIRLS at south IH35 are rude . Dont waste your money. They lied to use saying after a couple of payments they take out system that shuts of car out and I have had car and its still in the car! Run away dont even waste a 1.00 on these people !!!
