Drove to this store from my usual store to get a iPhone 6sPlus cuz my usual store was all out along with the phone I really wanted... the iPhone 7 Plus my store didnt have and wasnt sure when they would. The lady who waited on me along with her managers made it possible for me to get the phone I wanted!!! The iPhone 7 Plus instead of me settling for something else!!! AMAZING STAFF!!! AWESOME SERVICE!!! #1 in my book!!!

My frustration keeps mounting with this place! Having a cell phone is expensive and very few of the reps seem to have customer service skills or knowledge to solve any issues you may be having. However theyre quick at suggesting you to buy a new phone.

If you want to wait hours just for a simple fix on your phone or to pay a bill this is your place. They do more checks simply picking up a phone than it would take to cross the North Korean Border.
