Intent on upgrading my phone, I called this location several times when they were open. to no avail. So, when finally there I asked a simple question regarding how to trade my phone in via mail through their website, and the visibly annoyed employee just said online in the tone of one with the personality of a bump on a log. I politely repeated this request to the employee again and his quick, disinterested response made me realize he had no respect or time for me. I laughed and said thanks as I walked away shaking my head. The only nice and helpful employee was the lady, all else were incapable of answering the question or any sort of help. The arrogance of the employee was pretty surprising, considering where it is that they work. Will most likely miss the promo deal, Cant think of a worse experience in a store. A store whose employees treat their customers with such an attitude is a clear reflection of the company itself. Will never return to this location with family, Kudos Verizon

Yesterday, July 15th, I had EXCELLENT service at this store! My phone, having sustained water damage, needed extensive repair. Having gone to another Verizon store,where they could only start my phone, I was devastated. BEN PELTIER, the sales person at the Hudson location spent 2 hours with me transferring information from my damaged phone to my new phone and was able to download all my contacts in my favorites bar, plus all of my photos. He then installed a Verizon Cloud that will continue to back up my phone in the future! This man was Exceptional in his knowledge, helpfulness, and courteous manner! I salute Ben and will request his help in the future. A euphoric client, Randi Low.

They have failed to impress me. The employees didnt know what they were doing. Its like they got the job without having any understanding of the products Verizon sells. Also, good luck trying to call the store, theyll never answer. Two weeks ago I wanted to ask them a simple question about their inventory and instead had to drive to the store to find out the answer was no. For a test, I called them today (9/22) when I knew no one was busy (employees were standing around talking to each other) right after I was in the store. No answer. Never going there again.

I had AT&T for 14 yrs. and when I went to shop them they treated me like garbage and threaten me with cancellation fees instead of working with me and saving the business. When I walked into the Verizon Linda Strot welcomed me and gave me the best service and was very knowledgeable. Verizon also saved me a lot of money, I was paying $225/mo. with AT&T and now my bill will Verizon is $103/mo. Thanks Verizon and Linda.

Worst service I have ever had. This place shouldnt even be open. Went in to see what was wrong with my phone, and they bounced around the question, finally I said what can you do to fix the problem? Ended up having to pay to fix the problem and I havent even has my phone a year. Worst service I have ever gotten and am ready to change providers.

The absolute greatest verizon experience in my life. Charles and Jeff were fantastic and incredibly helpful in getting a phone for my boyfriend set up, and swapping devices on my lines. I will be back here for their service, they are absolutely amazing employees. Thanks again, guys.

Terrible customer service. Guy helping people sign in made fun of an innocent older woman needing help with her phone and tried to get other customers to laugh at her with him. This experience was enough for me to switch providers, so that says a lot. Avoid at all costs.
