I prepaid an order for a specific phone case that they assured me they could get and when the manager called me in to pick it up, he tried to slip me a different case. When I explained that I had ordered that one case specifically and that I wanted my money back, he said there are no refunds and I refused to take that crap case. So I basically just gifted them 30 bucks in a case of the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I wouldnt trust this store to do anything but fleece you and hide behind "store policy". I wireless is great, but this store sucks!

Terrible Worst Service Ever!!!! No one Ever answers the phone!!!! Sent in phone 10/14, warranty issue, to be 6-8 weeks. Last week finally main office says Im to get a new phone in a couple of days. Today is 2/4. Still no resolution. No call back. No follow up, Absolutely nothing...
