Ive done business with this store times before but Ive never been this disgusted! I will never go back. Yesterday we came in for a question about a phone. The phone was broken. The gal had a slight attitude but I thought she was just having a rough day. Her boss was at the store also. We left to run home and get another phone to activate. When we got back the boss was walking out when we were walking in. We sat waiting to be taken care of while the gal was on the phone with what she told us was her boss? Anyway she then helped us get the phone activated and told us it cost us $20 to activate. Ive never had to pay to do this so I asked what it was for. Her answer disgusted us! She said "honestly its for my time helping you with this" we walked out of the store annoyed and the phone not even activated properly. From now on Ill drive the extra miles to go to Des Moines. Seriously considering switching carriers

Wife and I went in with a new baby, so planning around feedings is tough. We came into the store at 6 pm, an hour before closing. There were two Verizon workers and three customers, one had been helped and the other two were being helped. We waited patiently and browsed phones. After a half an hour and a brief acknowledgement when we entered the Verizon employee put a screen protector on a customers tablet and proceeded to follow the customer outside to see their dog. The customer suggested she help us, but she said she needed to be off the clock. We left 40 minutes after entering with no questions answered.

Incredibly slow... We waited an hour as they only had one employee working. Our question only took 3 minutes of their time at the end of it.
