went in there twice yesterday to get my son transferred from our account to get him his own phone and own account. we were working with the manager the first time. even though i have account priviledges he said my husband had to be there. he was no help at all. then my husband went in later in the day and he encouraged them to go home and order online so they didnt have to pay the $18 fee. we just wanted to get it done. this guy clearly does not want to make a sale and does not want to actually do any work. we are willing to pay the cost to go to verizon for the better service. ridiculous.

April was incredibly helpful and patient and knew how find solutions for the problems we were running into. It was a MUCH better experience than I have ever had at the Woodbury store... where the customer appears to be the last priority of the staff. Working with April at the Stillwater location was the best experience I have had working with AT&T.

A joke! Walked in to buy two replacement phones. They said I couldnt buy up front - had to buy on installment plan. Then informed me that since one of the phones was not up for a renewal contract, they would not even sell to me. Told me to go to corporate store in Woodbury. Make the 15 minute drive, and stay away from this joke.

Was able to purchase a home hotspot quickly. Had to pick up at a different location, but they helped us customize and set-up from the box to take with us. Friendly and low hassel.
