So my white iPhone 5s was dropped off today around 12pm at A-1 Cellular Repair to get a minor chip on the right side of the screen fixed. (My boyfriend and I dropped it off) I was told the phone would be fixed in about 45 minutes. I came back to pick up the phone around 3:30. Thats more than enough time for my phone to be fixed. When I arrived they handed me my white iPhone 5s with a black front screen. I couldnt believe it. I told them that the black screen was unacceptable and then I asked why did they even feel that was okay. The guy responded "Well we didnt have a call back number for you, the white screen was bad." I said okay Ill wait for you all to put the old one back on so I can get it repaired somewhere else. They told me it would take another 35 minutes. I left and came back at 6:15pm. In the meantime, my boyfriend had called up there to ask if everything was okay because I had told him they put a black screen on my white iPhone. They told him the same thing. (They didnt have a call back number) but they also said they would give us a 10% discount for the trouble. I went back up there and I paid them and they did NOT give me a discount. They said that the discount was only if I kept the black screen. Wow. So Im like whatever okay and they gave me my iPhone. It had a white screen, but the screen was blinking. (Fading in and out) I had paid for the screen replacement and was on my way home before I even realized it was blinking because they failed to mention it to me. I went back up there and they told me it was normal and it would go away in about 30 minutes. I sat there for an hour and it never stopped. They replaced that screen and the next screen did the same thing. I told them to just put my original screen back on the phone. Its now around 7:30pm and Im waiting to get my phone back. They refunded me and when the guy was finally done putting my "original screen" back on the phone there was a huge crack from the left side of the screen going all the way over to the right side of the screen, not to mention the pieces of glass falling out of it and the straight hair thats trapped in the display. I told them that my screen did not have serious damage and I came in with a minor crack. They didnt want to listen and they basically told me to leave. I refused to leave because I knew that they knew that wasnt my screen. All I wanted was to at least get my original screen. However, they called the police saying that I was trespassing. I was forced to leave because the cops said there was nothing they could do about it. The cops said my best bet would be to take this to court, with this being a civil act. This is just so sad that it has to possibly go this far. I wouldnt be able to sleep knowing I treated someone this way. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do NOT EVER use this company. Quoted me a price of $119 then charged me $199. He said I he quoted me for a iPhone 6Plus not iPhone 6S Plus. Then asked him why didnt he tell me he had misquoted when he saw my phone, he replied "I didnt think about it. Then he said he could put back on my old screen so I agreed. Then, a gentleman from the back came out took my phone then proceed to tell me there would be a $50 labor and would NOT give me back my phone. I then paid the $199 plus tax and the gentleman throws my phone in the glass counter!

Just because its the cheapest price dont mean they gone treat your phone right.... I brought my phone to this store to get the screen fixed in return my camera stop working they fixed that then my phone start getting hot around the ear piece went out I had to talk to everyone on speaker then all of a sudden my my screen stoped working all togeather now they saying it all my fault that my phone just dont work at all after I done had to bring my phone up there three days in a row for hours at a time

This is my sixth time here five with my son and once with my daughter the staff here is wonderful. Chris helped me today the young lady see that my daughter was amazed bout everything here she told here that she told here she can have a spinner Mattie said wow mama melt my heart and Mattie too. Make a long story short the staff is wonderful and Mattie has a friend that she goes to school with father works their. Mattie also got a prize while she was their thanks A-1 cellular repair....

This place was amazing! All of the workers that were there when I came in were super friendly and extremely helpful. They were able to suggest what we needed to do in order to trade the items we brought in and even referred us to a place that we could trade in an item that they didnt take. I would definitely recommend checking out a one cellular for any of your electronic trade repair and sell needs :)

Do not go here. Cheap parts. 1. They "repaired" my fully-functioning home button in my iPhone 6 by stealing mine and replacing it with an iPhone 5 home button. The fingerprint function no longer works. I didnt ask for this repair. 2. They replaced my screen with a cheap screen that you cant see through if youre wearing polarized lenses. It moves when I press on it.

I went in to figure out what was the main problem on my phone since it was dropped in water and Dakota helped me every step of the way! He explained everything to me step by step! He was so helpful and passionate about his job and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg! Definitely will go back if I ever have any more problems! I would recommend to anyone!

Steven Grey is the overall best employee at a1 cellular repair. He took great care of me and had me in an out in less than 10 minutes. He replaced my screen got me a discount on one of the deal they have by filling out a online survey. I will forever go to a1 cellular, until I stop dropping my phones, which will never happen. Very empressed!

Very nice people on phone and in person getting a new battery for iPhone. While waiting heard them helping another customer with a screen replacement and letting them know its done but getting a charge on it to let them insure the screen is good that excellent to make sure customer is happy before they leave.
