Upgrading from ancient flip-phones to smart phones was a change we had long been considering but it took a professional like Kevin Painter at the Verizon store in West Plains to give us the confidence to take the leap! Kevin took our phone business seriously and spent the time helping us work thru choosing phones, making the switch, and then gave us his own cell number so we can call for his personal help anytime!! This is great service!

Kevin Painter went above and beyond to answer my questions when I called and when bad weather threatened our 7:15 appointment he went above and beyond to make arrangements to have family pick up his children so he could write our contract. Customer service was excellent and we would recommend West Plains Verizon to our friends.
