We went to add a line to my plan and it turned out to be a nightmare! The first day we went in the Internet went down so after sitting there for almost an hour waiting for them to resolve the issue we left and were told we would get a call to let us know when we could come back in to finish the process and never received a call. We went back the next day and the whole process took about 3 hours. During the time we were in there the man waiting on us constantly talked about going out to smoke a cigarette. He even tried to leave us just sitting there so he could go smoke right in the middle of him helping us. I had to speak up and ask him to please just finish waiting on us before he went out to smoke and reminded him that he was smoking when we got there and it was unprofessional to just leave us waiting on him to go out and smoke. The guys working there were too busy trying to hook up with another customer there to worry about doing their job. They talked in great detail about partying and having sex with random girls right in front of my 16 yr old daughter and didnt even attempt to sensor their comments. My experience on this day was outrageous and extremely unprofessional. I left disappointed to say the least. Step up your game Boost mobile!

I came to boost on the weekend and tbh it was crazy thier were like 50+ customers in the store an thier was only one person working. I kinda felt sorry for him he seemed young wearing his shades on his head with his SnapBack. Thier was a drunk guy who was cursing at him while he trying to reach customers service for one of his customers but the he played it cool handle it very professionally and sold the man a phone It was awhile before he got me an I was very frustrated because I was basically last. But He saw my face an took his hat an shades off an genuinely apologized for my wait . Paid my bill in a quick an timely manner and discounted a case for my phone. I left Satisfied

My zip code instead of my address was checked for coverage. Theres no coverage. My iwireless coverage was bad and thats why we switched. I figured that because they "are Sprint" they would be better, like they said. Big mistake. Now we have 3 lines with no data coverage. The bad part is that neither the store or the company was willing to give a refund for THEIR mistake. A couple hundred dollars wasted. And my kid gets no coverage at Prairie school!?! Shouldve stuck with iworthless...!

I came to boost mobile when I first got in town. An tbh its was one of the best experiences Ive had in while with customer service. They made me feel at home.The Clerks were patient with me an made sure I had a full understanding of thier services and promotions. Overall great experience they got me just what I needed A+++
