I have been to the store several times. I am always treated like I am the only customer in the store. Previously the wait time was a bit long, but last time I went in there were several reps ready to assist me. They told me they had hired several additional reps as to decrease wait times. Overall an excellent place to do business

Great example of customer no service. Bobby disconnected a line he should not have. Simply requested he correct his mistake. The "manager" refused to consider her employee made a mistake and multiplied the problem. Spend the time and drive to Little Rock if you have AT&T in Searcy.

Dont even bother going to this store to get your name on the list to wait an hour or more to talk to an incompetent employee. lunch time is a horrible time to go and just about any other time as well. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else to get your AT&T service.

i always have a nice experience at this store. the lady who did help us one time lied and said no one in the state had iphone 6+ in stock but when I called 2 other stores they did have them. i understand she doesnt want to send their business elsewhere, but still.

Phone automatically updated without me wanting it to and it changed everything about the way it looks and works and it sucks . At&t sucks . Wont let you uninstall updates
