My recent experience there was terrible. Before I went into the store, I called 611 and trying to port my girlfirends phone number to my account. And the representative had already got it taken care of, I just went into the store to get a new sim card. But this guy at the store refused to do it, the worst thing was he was rude! He tried to teach me what to do. I got really unhappy. I walked out of the store, called 611 again, the people on the phone still claimed the store should be able to give me a new sim card. So I went back to store and had the person on hold, hope they can talk to each other and got things done. Maybe I was just too native, after they talked, the people on the phone said, it the guy in the store refused to help, there is nothing they can do. What the F***!!!!. I think I am going to switch to Verizon at some point. It was really a terrible experience. I no longer trust At&t now!

Its always busy whenever I go because its the only AT&T store within 40 miles but I have yet to meet an employee who wasnt courteous and respectful. Theyre usually pretty bogged down but they try to be as accommodating as possible to those who are waiting for help, and while its difficult, its important to be patient. I last went in for an upgrade and it literally took 5 minutes. Ive never done that so quickly before. And the man who helped me, Alan, was ridiculously nice. If you want to get in and out quickly, try to get there early in the week on a morning when they first open. Starting around 4 pm they begin to get busy and just avoid Friday nights altogether if you dont want to wait.

This isnt for the cell service. At first, they were very kind to sell me a TV/Internet package. The deal sounded too good to be true. The sales agent falsely advertised a channel that I thought would have been included in the package. I called to cancel and thought that was the end of it. Turns out they didnt cancel it. Now they are claiming that for the 2 weeks of service, I still have to pay the installation fee of $60. I would have considered switching to AT&T in the future but this experience has left me with quite the sour taste in my mouth.

Literally the most useless store in the world. Anything you come in to ask/do they tell you to go online and do it yourself! I wouldnt be here if it was easily handled online! These are things like BUYING A PHONE, or paying CASH. Stores exist for a reason, not to tell people that you should go online. I hope they go out of business soon so Im not tempted to go there to ask questions about my account.

The guys here are not only helpful but hilarious. I have been to this store many times with various problems and have left each time with my problem solved. These employees not only know what they are doing but are very personable and make your experience in the store exceptional. Shout out to Richie and the other guy who helped me! I received good service from Richie at the AT&T store. He was able to resolve an activation problem with a GoPhone that I had purchased online. The problem was unique and took some time to resolve. He was informative at every step and kept working at it until a solution could be found.

If you need to go to this att store, dont. Or switch carriers. Its like the Dicks Last Resort of phone stores. This kid Mike takes cake of smart a$$ sales people. Couldnt answer one question about Galaxy phones but has a plethora of sarcasm.

Two excellent experiences at the store, a bit of a pain that AT&T added a pin to activate phones without telling me I needed to set one up. I think the guys name was Brady, but he made a great impression and helped a lot.

Impossible to reach the staff via phone - never pick up the phone. Richie (consultant) takes liberties with clients which left bad impression on me. Overall two visits and zero use from from the staff.
