This is Candys husband. We bought some phones Saturday at your Beebe store. The phone they sold me wont get Internet connection half the time. Cant even make calls or send messages. I went today to exchange it. The guy at the store wouldnt even attempt to deal with me on returning the phone. My wife sitting right next to me gets connection but I dont even get it when out and about. The store kept telling me to come back in a couple days when the manager is there. The phone is crap, the service I got at the store is crap. So I end up with a phone that doesnt work and get told I cant help you. We have bought many phones from both stores but never again. I will not buy a phone from or step foot in either of your stores again. I got screwed, plan and simple.

I bought my ph at the Searcy store. Great experience. I was very apprehensive about downloading/backing up and all that! They explained in very simple terms. I got home was overwhelmed (tech challenged is an understatement). I returned to the store with my laptop in hand. Aaron was amazing so patient and went above and beyond to help! He even stayed a bit after hours to make sure my phone was all set! Cannot express enough gratitude for Aaron! Highly recommend this store and ask for Aaron

Aaron helped me out a great deal when I was trying to see if my Mega would work again. It didnt. But he hooked me up with a great LG V10 and got me up and running without me having to run to Cricket to get things changed over. Just had to take it up there today for a litte configuration setting for pics. No big deal. Thanks Aaron, you were awesome and the guys at Cell Phone Central in Searcy, AR have always treated me with care.

Not helpful with tech support. I brought a phone in that I was having trouble getting set up. No I didnt purchase the phone from them but I figure hey help another person out right? Instead I was told my phone wasnt capable of what I was asking he acted like he didnt even want to touch it. After leaving I spent a little more time on Google and figured it out on my own. Thanks For Nothing

My husband spent months rigging his phone trying to get it to charge. He took it to the guys at CellPhone Central this morning and within a matter of minutes they had it cleaned out and working like new! We will definitely be using them for all of our cell phone repairs in the future!
