Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I initially called I was told that they were very busy so someone took down my information and told me they would call back, they never did. Upon calling back the next day I was immediately put on hold for 10 minutes. After I hung up and called back the man I spoke to was very snippy and acted as though I was inconveniencing him.

I went in to get a new phone. DJ was very personable, BUT after spending four hours of my day and three trips into the store I do NOT have a fully functioning phone. I will NOT be returning to that store again if I can help it. I see by other comments that Coralville is better, so that will be my next stop.
