Its okay. Probably the best pawn store in Eau Claire. Just check the prices on ebay/amazon before buying here. Video games are not cataloged, simply put on the shelf. Be sure to look, you could find one game for $35 and the exact same game for $20. I bought a PSP from the store a few years back and it had some cosmetic damage, but worked great. Then bought a PS Vita, which also worked great. I would recommend stopping in and looking at what they have if your bored. But like I said, check online first. One of my biggest complaints was I called asking if they had a Xbox 360 hard drive converter, the lady said they did not. Went to Best Buy and bought a new one. Went into the store, had a much cheaper used one sitting on the shelf. Like I said, they dont catalog some of there products, so you really have to look for yourself.

So, many people have their certain thing that they are obsessed with. While I was checking out, just picked up a couple movies, the cashier (wonderful guy, think his name was James) looked at my shirt. Which was a Zelda shirt and I was also rocking my super Nintendo belt. He asked me if I had looked at the cases, I told him I hadnt. I didnt really have money on me at the time. He told me I should. This man lead me to the case and something I didnt know I always needed. It was an actual MASTER SWORD from the game I was wearing. I told him I didnt have the funds for it right now. He got it set on layaway for when I get paid! Im so happy with this place. There is even a call list I can be put on where they will call me when they get more cool Zelda stuff in store! How frickin sweet! Will definitely be stopping in here more often!

I have Ben standing in line for 35 minutes now the customer service is really bad. I see 3 employees just standing around doing nothing every time I come to this store I have the worst time they need to get there employees togather and everything in the store is way to high priced and I sold 2 pizza makers here and it both of them were never even opened and they gave me $10 for the first one and the second one they game me $5 I watched for them to come out and they them on the floor for sell for $50 each thats bullshit dont go here

I am disgusted that the store in Eau Claire is closing. I truly believe that whoever decided this was out of their damn mind. It is a fabulous store! So well put together, clean, friendly and helpful employees, great prices and the list goes on. I live near the Duluth Pawn America, and if you were choosing stores, you could have taken that one instead. It is a hole in the wall of store. If there is a way to change your mind, please do so. You are making a HUGE mistake...HUGE!!!

I had pawned my laptop and the battery had to be good and it had to work before they would pawn it. A month passes and I went in to pick it up. When I got home and turned it on my secondary drive wouldnt work. Then I noticed that the username had been changed to Pawn America and the battery was shot. When I told them they called me a liar. Bottom line they exchanged parts of my unit with another unit and denied it. They are worthless.

I loaned 56 of my movies here. It wasnt even a week I went to get them back and they told me they had sold them. I was OUTRAGED that they would do that without any notice for me to come and make the payment to get them back. Other pawnshops give you a month and written notice. I hate this place. I will never go back. And I tell all my friends about it to. They cant believe that a pawnshop would do that to a customer!!

Matthew talked me into leaving a review :) I have pretty much all good to say about this store... Im in here anywhere from 2-20 times a month... I buy most of my tools for my job as a carpenter/construction worker here, and I also pawn and pick up stuff alot when I need a few bucks... Highly recommend checking it out if you havent... And if you have, I suggest continuing business with them :D

WAY OVERPRICED. They attempt to look professional and clean, but behind the facade its all about making money. Everything.. and I mean EVERYTHING.. in this pawn shop is way over priced. Dont shop here. Youll be throwing your money away. Support the local pawn shops instead. There are many local pawn shops in Eau Claire that offer good deals and dont smell of such sly douche baggery.

One manager lies about how to fill out paperwork, and that you must have a valid id present, unless if the manager is too busy Snapchating a pregnant 19yr old which he doesnt know the baby daddy, and they purposely mark up crazy prices on knock off products i like the atmosphere but some employees should be terminated, and they do nothing but prey on the unfortunate

Its a great Pawn Shop and they definitely give some good prices for loan/pawn. The staff is really easy to work with and negotiate as well. By far Id have to say Taylor Anton has been really fair and has given me good money for my items at the pawn counter. Everyone I have run into their though shows great enthusiasm in their jobs. Best pawn shop in Eau claire,WI.

I want this store to stay open, because I have always had a great experience when I go to the Eau Claire location. I truly support this store. If this location closes I wont be able to make it to any other locations because the locations are to far away. Ive also tried the lacrosse location and was displeased with customer service, and selection of items.

Poor customer service. When we asked to speak to the manager he came out talked rudely to us before walking away when we were in mid sentence. Never Felt so disrespected. And never plan on going there again unless its for an apology by their manager Jeremy. I wouldnt recommend them to anybody. There are other pawn shops in town that are better than this one!

Pawn America has a great selection of Video Games, thats mostly what i buy when i go there and they have pretty good prices on that everything from Atari to Xbox One, otherwise mostly everything else is overpriced, only go to pawn america if you collect video games like i do, its worth your time for that otherwise i wouldnt go there

Well I normally love this place but got left on hold for 20 minutes after buying something that didnt work. Then called back and was rudely told at 755pm we are closed and was hung up on this is the first item Ive had any issue with since they opened. This literally just happened and Ill be filing a formal complaint when they open

This store is ALWAYS a 5 star with me. I love the service and attitude they exemplify in the store which spreads a positive atmosphere throughout! Very friendly very helpful and if there is ever an issue they remain calm they are very apologetic and they work quickly to resolve the issue at hand. Keep up the great job PA!
