IDIOTS!! Terrible service! I have had a Verizon iPhone since Feb and am very happy with the coverage and operation of my phone...HOWEVER...we went in on Sunday to get a phone for my daughter which I explained to the sales rep, Chad, that I wanted to be able to set up parental usage controls and family locator. He showed me one phone that he said would work. After an hour and 45 minutes of him trying to get the stuff to work he informed me that it wouldnt work on that phone. In exasperation/frustration and anger I "returned" the phone, which never left the store. Two days later Chad called and told me there would be a $35 restocking fee charged to my account!!! I never took possession of the phone!!! Also, I ordered another phone online, and when trying to set it up with parental controls/family locator came to find out that those options are not available for my plan!!! It had nothing to to with the phone. What a bunch of MORONS!!! Another thing they dont bother to tell you is that to have Family Locator you have to have the $30 monthly internet access, even if you dont want internet used on the phone. I will never walk into that store again...do yourself a favor and order online or call customer sales to place an order.

Sales represenative lied. Said bill will be 260 if we get on verizon wireless edge. We agreed. Sales rep added more services to the final bill. When asked to sign, i asked why the services looked like charges, he said "dont worry about that, theyre really free". He stated that the firs tbill may be a little bit higher for the first month but everything should drop afterwards. Still hasnt dropped. We also bought 4 otterboxes in which he ripped out the screen protectors and stated that they needed to be removed because you cant use the touchscreen with them. Well, 3 cracked screens later... we go to a different Verizon Store and the Sales rep ask why the screen protector isnt there. They were shocked when they hear that the sales rep had ripped them out. Called this store but no one picks up the phone ever. Called customer service and explained to them the situation. They said the store should exchange the phones and the cases since they cant. Will be visiting them soon.

Awesome staff, great service, and great customer care. I walked in on a busy afternoon and was in and out super quick. I addressed my concern and issues with a gentlemen and he took care of it and fixed the issue instantly. He talked to me thoroughly and helped me understand what was going on with my account. The staff take care of everything in a professional manner and makes sure everything is fixed before you leave. Highly recommend going in and talking to one of their representatives instead of contacting customer service. Quicker and easier and youll have a better idea of whats going on with any issue/concerns etc, that you may be having. Definitely one of the best Verizon stores I have been to. I will be returning back in the future wether its upgrading my phone or just another obstacle, service is everything if I receive good service I will return regardless of any issues. Thanks Verizon for taking care of me!!

Verizon is expensive......but this is not a bad thing. In this case, you are actually paying for what you get, and therefor, the service is a bit more expensive that, let say.......Sprint, who in my opinion.....Sucks. When my wife and I went into the corporate store by the mall, we were their for over 4 hours trying to get service. Their system was glitching that day, and we could not get service. We visited the store 2 days later, and they remembered my wife and I, and as compensation for the long wait, they waived both our activation fees. Thats $80 they credited our account. This might be chump change to a major company like Verizon, but its not chump change to the working person. Devin was the person who helped us, and he was absolutely awesome! My wife and I will never leave Verizon. Every company will make mistakes, but Verizon owned their mistake and made up for it. Thanks Verizon.

Typical pour service that Im accustom to getting at verizon. Got there 5 mins before the store opened and checked in right away to have some one come help us. An hour later went to ask how soon we could expect to be helped, and they said our name wasnt on the list. Someone came and eventually helped 15 mins later. Of course they dont have any of the new phones in Stock and had to mail us phones that I was supposed to get this week but not coming due to delays until next week. And of course the promotion we go in to get just finished the day before. Every 2 years our family dreads going in because its a waste of 2 hours of your day. Would almost rather go to the dentist. No good phones in Stock and the wait is rediculous for how much our family spends for phones

I wasnt sure I wanted to go to this particular Verizon store because of the bad reviews. But I did anyway and I cant see whats so bad. My family and I were in the store less than 20 minutes and we were helped. We had a lot of questions and the guy that helped us (Matthew) did a good job of explaining things to us. He was kind of pushy toward selling this one speaker but I cant be too upset because after all, its their job to sell things. We ended up having a problem with our debit card when we were finishing up so we had to leave, go to a quick doctors appt, get cash, and come back. He was totally understanding of that. Overall, Im happy. Weve got new phones with awesome coverage and a sales rep that knew what he was doing.

The Verizon offices in Chippewa Falls have been closed making it very inconvenient for us as we live outside of Chippewa and driving to the EC store takes just over 1/2 hour. Getting there, we had to wait for over 1/2 hour - felt really sorry for people who arrived after me as they were waiting at least 45 min to over an hour. The sales people were nice, but unable to offer a plan that would meet our needs, so left after wasting a huge part of the day. Would really like to see an office in Chippewa again - never had to wait more than 10 min going there. With as much business as they are obviously doing, would like to see them put customer needs a bit higher on their priorities list.

My plan is ready for renewal and I was very excited to finally purchase a smart phone. Sorry but I am naming Travis here showed me an S5 and said it was the best. I would love to have it but I can not afford 199 for a phone. I asked him if there were any less expensive ones. He motioned to some others with a wave of his hand and said, these are okay but in a year.....I left disappointed naturally. I will renew online with Verizon but now with an IPhone that my daughter had had. I was ready to spend a little but not a lot. I left with nothing You may need to let at least one member of your sales staff know that it is not good to push one phone.
