HORRID. Not only did the manager (LOGAN) tell me that I was yelling about my defective product (which I was not in the slightest), but they had no idea what they were doing. Ive constantly asked them to change the name the mistakenly put on my account to MY name and were on the second year of my contract and it has yet to happen. My phone had one of those "rare, freak, malfuntions" (that strangely has happened to numerous people Ive spoken too) that makes your I phone 6 hard shut down and never turn back on. Theyve had my replacement phone for days now and have not contacted me, via email or asked for a number to reach me at (clerk error tbh). This is unacceptable as I do all my work from my phone! Then he had the audacity to insult me with some bs care-not attitude and absolutely no apology. THIS IS THE MANAGER! Where is the customer service?! I cant wait to be done with sprint. UPDATE: Fast forward to Friday. I had borrow a friends phone to call Sprint because Ive gone a whole week at work without my phone and am now being penalized for it. They had my phone for 3 days without once trying to contact me. When I asked how they intended to call me on a phone that would turn on, all while being appropriate in my tone and patient. My friend heard me speaking to this...man. Logan, the manager, begins to talk over top of me and tell me to stop yelling about MY defective piece of equipment! I cant believe I was spoken to in such a manner, with such disrespect. So instead of admitting what is clearly his mistake he just keeps talking over me and telling me Im yelling. Saturday, I drive all the way back to sprint to finally get the phone that I had to make sure arrived. Logan was the one helping me and he didnt even acknowledge the manner in which he spoke to me. HE DIDNT EVEN CALL ME BY MY ACTUAL NAME, though I told him it was McKenzie - not Morgan (which idk why its on my account and Ive asked them to change it at that store numerous times)- the last time I was there and 3 different times this time. He didnt even respect me enough to listen or use my correct name. Phone in hand I calmly and politely told him that his behavior on the phone was not befitting of any customer service standard, let alone the manager of the store. To which he started talking over me AGAIN to tell me that I was yelling and thats how he reacts to yelling. Well if that was me "yelling" and thats how he acts immediately then he clearly is not fit to be a manager. To be so disrespected, and then talked over repeatedly (which is a huge deal to me as a woman and customer. I deserve my ability to speak.) is beyond words. It took everything in me to not start yelling. Im deeply upset by the manner in which I was treated and the lack of general respect I encountered. I never want to go back to that store. I dont want to be apart of sprint at this point anymore if this is the customer service I can expect.
