Went in to pre-order the Galaxy S8 and was very excited, WAS... The lady put the upgrade towards the wrong line on our system, called, had my brother pumped because he thought my mom was going to get him a new phone, and also told me that with my S5 trade in I could have the phone for $20/month. She failed to realize that this was only for the unlimited plans, which we do not have. Overall extremely displeased with the quality of service provided. Unfortunately we will likely be switching from Verizon at this point due to drastically high prices and poor service experience.

When I bought a phone, the gentleman tried to upsell me on some stuff, which is fine. He then charged me for a $40 car charger and stuck it my bag without asking. I didnt notice until I got home. They did take it back when I went back, and he smugly said hed asked me if I wanted it. Other parts of my experience were fine, but that really burned me up that he slipped a 40 car charger in my bag

Called the day the after S6 came out last spring and was told it was out of stock. Was also told all other stores in town were sold out.. I called the Verizon in Ona and they had plenty. Not sure why the employee felt the need to lie about something so silly but makes me wonder if they actually had it in stock as well..

Great customer service. Better then Service at the main store in town. I actually got a correct answer and the gave me reasons why I couldnt do this or do that instead of a dance. Now I understand my phone a bit better.

Staff was friendly but BeMobile as a company sucks. They have horrible policies and they are managed by idiots. If you want a refund when you paid in cash initially? They send you a check in the mail. Idiots.
