Called early to make sure that I was able to get a phone added to an account. Filled out all the paper work and had it turned in and approved. The guy that did it said I could come in that day and get it at any time. Drove 30 minutes and when I arrived they didnt want to be bothered to pull up the paper work because they were not in charge of it. Now I get to take time out of my day tomorrow and wait around to see if they can help me this time. Considering just sticking with sprint now.

I have given this store a couple chances but each time I visited the sales men had no idea of the details of the holiday specials and new plans they offer. I would have lost out on $100 if I didnt call Verizon Support and have them get things straightened out. The sales man accused me of "fraud" (his exact words) until he went to his manager to figure things out! There is no way switching my wife from one plan to a new one is fraudulent!

Came in for new iPhones and was immediately greeted by the manager who said there was a 1+ hour wait. We said okay and browsed. The store was very busy. After waiting an hour an employee was ready for us and asked if we were looking for new iPhones. We said yes and she informed us that it would be at least a month for them to be in stock. They should have told us that when we walked in the door instead of making us wait an hour!

The place was buzzing with people. It was a nice atmosphere and clean. The technology they used is great for working while walking around. However, the associate helping didnt have the level of knowledge to quickly and effectively solve my needs. Also, if I can return product no questions asked, dont have several employees and a manager ask questions when I politely say I dont want to talk about it.

Helpful and patient. Fixed an activation problem even though it took a long time. Update: again very helpful in getting a phone that we purchased on Ebay that had problems upgraded to a new phone. They did not have to do this, but they made it happen with a great trade in. My daughter is very happy.

After being with verizon for over 2 years. I found they mess up on your bill multiple times. Going in to the store is no help. I ended up being on the phone with customer service for 3 hours. This company is too large and they are untouchable.

Cant call local stores,you only get recordings. Help Center promises things but the next month end up with same problem has happened 3 months in a role. NOT COMPETITIVE WITH WAL-MART STRAIGHT TALK. phones are made cheap by cost a lot!
