Horrible experiences at Sprint stores and with sprint employees in the ec area in general. Several months ago my girlfriends son and I started a 2 year contract with sprint. Our first time at the sprint store, when we were still on the fence about whether or not to begin a cellphone contract, we were treated very nicely. The employee we dealt with went above and beyond to help us and in hindsight to get us to sign their contract. Since then both myself and my girlfriends son have had the misfortune of entering a sprint store again. Both of us had experiences in which we felt like we were a nuisance. Other customers who were signing up clearly got more attention and were treated like friends or welcome guests. I on the other hand felt very unwelcome. I even tried to be courteous before my visit thr day beforehand by making a scheduled appointment at the store i visited. Hate to see the greeting i would have received had i just walked in.

I came through here in my semi and the manager of the store went above and beyond to accommodate me. He helped me find a place to park my rig and held a phone for me. Samuel Beckett was the employee that helped me when I arrived. He was fantastic gave me a quick tutorial with the phone and even helped me find a near by store for accessories for my phone (the phone was so new sprint didnt have any in stock yet). Anytime Im in Eau Claire and need a sprint this will always be where I end up.

When you go and by accessorie and it doesnt even stay on your phone for 12 hours, these folks wont even take care of you. They say to get ahold of the company. The so call manager they when talking to him sit there and rolls hid eyes at you. I will never go back there again. I have been with sprint for 12years and I have never been treated like this. This place should not even have sprint name. They will be moving to lake hailie soon, so watch out.

It took me 12 hours to fix my own phone... but i did it after this store tried to tell me it was trash and that even under warranty it would be 200.00 to replace it.
