I had a horrible experience here. I brought my gen 5 iPod Touch in for repair, and they lost it for a couple weeks. I ended up calling them daily to figure out if they found it. Most of tbe employees were dismissive at best, some suggesting maybe I hadnt brought it in at all. They insisted the owner would be checking the tapes, but he never was in on the days they stated he would be. A few times I would stop by to check in, and two of those times they had closed up shop with no notice online or even a sign eplaining they had closed early for any reason. One of the times I was waiting to see if an employee was going to show up during their open hours, I noticed some phones just sitting out, under the counter but in clear sight. I will add these photos as well. At this point, I thought my iPod may have been stolen but they found it three weeks from me bringing it in, in an unused cash register drawer. They had forgotten to order the part in this three weeks. They ordered it, then proceeded to forget to install it for another week even though I called, requesting that it be done three days before I had to go out of town. When I got back into town, they still had not installed the new home button. Granted, they offered a discount, but no $5 off was going to fix this stress. So I took it back and brought it to Doddys, where it was fixed within a week for cheaper.

Ali was very polite, very knowledgable and extremely helpful. He communicated with me very well and figured out my problem quickly (even though I had been all over the Internet with no luck). I was worried I would lose all the data on my phone because I put it into "recovery mode" while I was trying to fix it, and this damn genius managed to fix that too. I didnt even think you could. While I was there, I also bought a tempered glass screen protector and Ali installed that for me with LASER precision. Fast, affordable, overall very happy with the results 100%.

When my iPhone was showing weird blue streaks on its screen (definitely not normal), I brought it in to All About Phones to see if they could help me fix it. The man who was there (I believe his name was Harry) quickly identified the problem and was able to fix the problem in around a couple of hours! The pricing for the fix was reasonable, the quality of service was great, and employee (who I still believe was named Harry) was friendly. Would I come back if my phone had a problem? Definitely.

1 star simply because they claim on their site they fix all phones. This is not the case. After trying to reach them for almost 2 hours I finally had someone pickup that was quick to tell me they do not work on HTC. Crazy. I could understand not working on the M7, M8 & M9 but all other HTC devices including my HTC One Max are simple enough to work on. I can easily do the repair myself but didnt want to wait the 3-5 days to get the part. Apparently I need to open a shop...

Dropped my phone while shopping and shattered the screen on my IPhone 6. Called the store and they said bring it in anytime and they would be able to replace the screen in an hour. Took it in during my lunch and left it with Ali and I came back at 5:30 after work. It looked better than new and works perfectly! I just had it fixed today 08/11/2016, so I can give an update in a few days if anything starts to act up. Loved the friendly service and quality!!! Great Job Ali!

Service was fine and the new screen looks nice when fixed. But beware the new screen is EXTREMELY FRAGILE and may break again at any time. The "warranty" does not cover the new glass breaking for any reason -- even when the poor quality glass breaks extremely easily. Essentially there is no warranty for the new glass at all. It is far cheaper to get a new phone than to replace the screen multiple times which will almost assuredly be the case.

My phone broke last weekend due to water damage and I thought it was on its last legs, brought it in to Ali and withing 30 minutes he had it working again for me. Quick, efficient, and not to mention Ali is one of the sweetest people Ive met. Since he fixed my phone Ive recommended All About Phones to at least 5 people. Thanks again so much! <3

Very honest and fast with repairs. They told me that it wasnt worth fixing my iphone instead of charging me a lot of $. A friend was told by Verizon her phone was broken beyond repair and All About Phones changed the battery for $15. They fixed my current phone FOR FREE in about 5 minutes. I recommend them to everyone. LOVE LOVE LOVE

I cracked my phone and the display wouldnt turn on. I went to All About Phones and they said theyll try their hardest to fix it, and if it didnt work, no charge. Took them exactly an hour (as promised) and they fixed the screen and the phone is basically brand new! Great low price too! Couldnt be happier with my service and with Hammad!

I have been here twice and they fixed my phone perfectly and it looks brand nee! The first time I came had no complications with my screen so I as very impressed. The employees are fast at fixing screens and its not too bad for pricing either! I recommend getting your phone fixed here :)

Definitely an asset to University of Iowa! I broke my iPhone 6 while visiting campus, I called the store and they told me to come in immediately. Vicky the tech was so nice and fixed my phone while I waited. If youre in need of a quick repair, I highly recommend these guys :)!!

Just wanted to say thanks to Dan! The service provided was excellent & professional. My broken iPhone was fixed in a little less than 20 mins and for cheaper than what Apple wanted to charge me! I would highly recommend everyone to bring their phone here!

My iPhone was not charging and Im an uber driver so my job depends a lot on my phone so I came down the store and Ali was able to figure out the problem right away and got it fixed in under an hour, also the price was reasonable. I recommend this place!
