The most terrible customer service I have ever experienced in a pharmacy. Dropped off prescription on Wednesday and was told they would have it by the next day. Long story short, nobody sent authorization necessary & did not bother telling me until I came to pick it up at which time I was informed of their overlook, so I took upon myself to do their job for them & after doing so then they tell me they dont even have the medication & would not be able to get it for several days. They did offer to call around & find a pharmacy that did have it in stock, however I would need to come back and pick up the prescription & physically take it to the next pharmacy of which only had half in stock. Had to leave work 2 hrs early to get back to Cub in time to pick it up before they closed at 9pm. Pull in to the drive thru at 8:12 with only one vehicle in front of me. Literally sat for 20 minutes with never once seeing an employee address the customer in front of me. Finally backed out of the drive thru & walked in to see 3 pharmacy staff standing at the front desk talking. Unbelievable incompetent pharmacy.

Iurchased rids Eye Steamfresh frozen vegetables the other week. I was ready to cook the frozen Brussels sprouts for dinner and, lol and behold, the package says "do not pierce bag". Dont have to worry about that since someone used SCOTCH TAPE TP TRY TO CLOSE THE SEAL ON THE BACK. Closest store But will not be shopping Cub ANYMORE. REALLY PEOPLE, another store is opening near you in a month and you do that to your customers?? Bye!!!!

Deplorable customer service. Managers arent even willing to offer any assistance whatsoever to help the customer. If its not worth 3 minutes of your time to help me, its not worth one cent of my money to shop at this store! Will be taking all of my business elsewhere, and I will not be shy about letting all my friends and family know how far this cub is willing to go to keep its customers.

Since I cant give it a no star....these people said oh even though it does not say that you can not get your money back on meat, we are still not going to give you your money back.....the manager got an attitude with me and refused to refund my money.....this is the worst customer service I have had in years will never come back to this store again

Great grocery store for all your needs, but customer service over the phone is terrible. Just tried to get a simple answer from the flower department and they kept hanging up on me when I asked a simple question if they sold orchids. WTF is up with that. Normally I dont rant over a review like this but I guess this just needed to be said :)

Very often out of stock on items I am looking for, including items on their monthly and weekly sales circulars. Very small fresh meat/seafood counter, recently added. Small deli and hot food bar. Frontage for out of stock items is often filled with incorrect product resulting in missed ordering of out of stock item.

The employees are friendly but whoever does the buying for this store is completely clueless. They keep discontinuing items for some reason that were family favorites and were always sold out or low in stock. Ive had to find another grocery store all the way in Shakopee.

Always running out of coupon items before the end of the first day, rude cashiers, even ruder management. Cant wait for Hyvee to run them out of business. I used to work for Cub as a high shool and college student. They have gone down the toilet since then.

Being a Cub Foods customer for over 40 plus years I would not go anywhere else. On a scale of one to five, five being the overall best. Gets a five triple times over. Management and the employees do a wonderful job.

Im thankful for lots of food. nice people. But for gods sakes get the prices on package to match the checkout. Especially the bakery. Get rid of the coupons. And get rid of that scam bank TCF.
