To me, this is a small store. They only stock a small variety of products. Im guessing only the most popular items purchased at their other stores. I was only looking for two products, and they didnt carry either one. I wanted Hawaiian Punch Purple Splash Grape Drink packets. The only grape mix they had was pitcher-size packets. They did not carry any grape drink mix powder singles packets, and also, no liquid grape flavor enhancers. They had just about every other flavor imaginable though. The other item I was looking for was Vanilla Caramel flavored powdered coffee creamer. They didnt carry anything like it, in any brand. I was in a hurry and needed these two items for my destination, so I just had to substitute other items. Two simple products, yet they didnt carry either one. I am very hesitant to go back to this Cub Store. I usually dont even go to Cub, unless they have some good specials. In my opinion, in general, Cub is more expensive than the other two stores I usually go to.

I was with my dad at this Cub Foods. My dad had no knowledge on how to fill up the water gallon we had, so he asked a "worker" nearby. He asked the worker if he could help him fill up the gallon. He very RUDELY said, "You want me to fill it up for you?" And my dad said no, I only want help on how to do it. The worker responded rudely again, "You want me to HELP you?" and my dad said yes. The worker didnt even help him, and walked away. My dad went to the register to complain, and asked for the manager. And the "worker" came up. Turns out he was the manager. My dad asked, "What was all the attitude about?" Calmly. The manager then said, "YOU were the one with the attitude!" Raising his voice. The manager said if my dad didnt leave, he would call the police and hed get arrested. My dad waited, and they didnt even come. Wow, never knew you could get arrested for asking for help from a Cub Foods manager.

Went there for grand opening I WILL NEVER in my LIFE go back!!!! I was looked at like I didnt even belong to be there!!!! Then I bought groceries and the first 200 people where suppose to get a bag of free groceries there was 2 white men ahead of me I watched get the bags of free groceries then I walk past they looked the other way!!! I only said the color of the men because Im of color , So I guess thats why Im guessing I was treated the way I was????? Well I hate to admit this but I walked to my car crying in disbelief on how I was treated in my once favorite place to shop, Cub foods lost a loyal customer and I tell any and Everybody about my experience there!!!!! Very sad

Not Great! My husband had the card, they say they didnt have our phone number in the system. This is the second time for that. After the 1st time, husband went in & supposedly got it fixed. Plus every time I have been to that store with my daughter she has almost gotten hit by a car---yes I am watching, & holding her hand. So hard to get out of the lot being on a corner of two busy streets. I only went there because it was on my way home. Next time I will take the time to go further to Walmart. Only got the star because I had to put one in to post.

I just wanted to say Customer service is great and the store is lovely, but my top experience was Kaitlyn from Deli she was very humorous and so helpful yesterday, I was so upset about the storm recking my home and she turned my bad day into an amazing one. I totally will be making this my new Cub Foods especially since its also smaller and so convient plus very neat/clean

If I could give half a star I would. The employees here have no idea where anything is. Even when its right in front of there face theyll tell you they dont carry it. Its sad because the location is perfect and the store is so nice. Literally everytime I or my husband have asked where something is theyve had to walk around searching or told us to go elsewhere.

They were all fantastic! The store looks amazing and they were handing out doughnut holes and coffee to us standing in line however I didnt see 1 person with the free bag of groceries that was promised to the first 200 in line which I would say we were definitely within that first 200. That part was the only disappointing thing! Otherwise awesome!!

I wont even go there anymore. It has gone so far down hill over the last couple of years. Its dirty, poor quality, and some jerk actually hit my car and then parked there while on top of my bumper. I was parked farther out away from the other cars because I just had it buffed. I will drive out of my way to go someplace else.

What can I say, this grocery store does the job. Except when I want Hot Cheetos, because on multiple occasions theyve been out of them. This location uses mainly self-checkout and whether you like that is a matter of personal preference I suppose.

This is a nice, recently opened store, a bit smaller than some of the other Cub stores nearby, but still with a good selection. I appreciate that they have smaller shopping carts intermediate in size between the full cart and a basket.

Beautiful new store. Has an actual line and quite a few self checkout machines which is nice. Seems a little smaller than a normal cub so sometimes have trouble finding things I find at other locations. But overall great selection.

Convenient, thats it. 5 staff members conversing amongst each other at the customer help desk while 7 people in line with the only cashier on duty it seemed. Will be back (if late and Jensens is closed)

Norma is awesome! Shes always there in the mornings with a smile. Customer service is better than any other cub Ive ever experienced. The loss of a star is for the limited stock and no tcf bank OR atm.

Store is extremely small, aisles are tight for two carts. Lights are really bright. Organic assortment is awesome. But seemed more expensive and overall was very small, hardly any parking.

This place just opened, but its just another typical outdated cub. Overpriced and poor quality food. Produce lasts maybe 2 days at best. I shop HyVee/Costco, use cub only in emergencies.

A smaller Cub than most. Stocking and variety is good. Prices are a bit high. Fruit selection is good, vegetable selection is pretty slim.
