Cub seems to not be keeping up with their competition. Hy-Vee is making a huge push into our market and their customer service and variety of products is way ahead of Cub. If the prices arent lower than their competition, they need to provide equal to or better service (e.g bagging my groceries).

Theres always people stocking during the evening rush and blocking aisles. The deli workers dont care if theres one person and twenty standing there waiting to get food. Theyre EXTREMELY slow and rude! Cub Foods is also way over-priced!

Minnesota grown hometown grocery store, good for a quick trip for a last minute item or a weekly grocery stock up. Prices not as favorable as smaller competitors, but using coupons or buying weekly loss leaders helps.

Clean Cub with friendly employees -- Deli, Liquor Store, & Pharmacy. The cashier at the liquor counter told me about a story with goats in a magazine she had been reading as she rung me up.

I go here late at night to avoid the crowds and the store is always SUPER clean. Their produce is nice and fresh, their bakery has a variety of choices and they have a natural food section.

Fresh foods, friendly staff, cheap prices, my cub card instantly deducts coupons off my total and gains me points that makes my fuel cheaper at holiday gas stations. Whats not to love!

Love this cub. I drive here from St Paul because its such a better shopping experience than the one in St Paul. They have a better organic selection as well.
