Awesome store great people. The local shoppers lobbied to keep this RALPHS very nice and affordable. Sad to say some employees were still transferred though. Store personnel were still transferred after the "save" but I also havent been as frequently so maybe I missed one our two..I do miss the friendly faces! New employees are very nice though. Possible via bus or train depending on time of day..near other parking like SBX too. Several years ago the BEST pharmD was transferred, Maggie. Now Vien the Manager handles any real fills. Great place to pick up lunch, or a gift or holiday decor/hostess gift. Thats it Really really great for a host gift.

Came here many times before to purchase baby never had any isdues till recently i went in got paer for formuls And the lady told mr there was no more i asked if she could please check in back my 7month old daughter only drinks Enfamil enspire newest formula and limit places sell it ralphs being 1 of 3 places. Sp i asked her she said well tbey were all expired i told well you just told me theres was no more so the ones you have in. Ack are expired i believe she didnt want to check period so made an excuse so i as aid thank you and left ... With all that being customer service is not great here we now go to stater bros for groceries

Stater, whaat? Ralphs is the go to store in Southern California. Especially this location. The produce, meat, and fish selection is always consistent and fresh (they have ahi tuna on hand almost all of the time) and they dont chronically run out of staple items like lame Stater Bros. The employees at this store make you feel welcome and actually can carry a conversation, unlike Stater Bros. employees who will ignore you, look away, or turn the other direction to avoid you. The prices are slightly higher, but Ill pay a few pennies more for walking out of a store with a smile.

If you all havent been to Ralphs Cofee Bean and Tea Leaf, you should definitely go and try it sometime. I highly recommend their ice blended mochas! Ive always had amazing service with them as well. One of the workers of the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is Ruzanna and she is absolutely amazing. She was very respectful and friendly and got me my drink exactly the way I like it! Definitely amazing service!

You want a good deal and have a nice friendly cashier help you, this store is great. Their produce department is awesome. I find some neat stuff. Once I was making a Thai soup and thought I would have to go to an Asian market to find everything, turns out most of it was there!

Joseph in the DELI was so very polite and helpful both over the phone when I placed my order and upon order pick up today. This is the reason I pass 3 other grocery stores and drive clear across town to shop at Ralphs. It makes it all worthwhile....thank you Joseph in deli!!!!

This Ralphs had a great variety. The deli has been below average starting about 3 years ago. The fried chicken eats like its been over fried. This past Friday bought pre-made guacamole and it was very overt salted. The grocery store part is good the deli is not recommended.

Im usually in and out quickly using the self check out line. Prices are reasonable and if you look around you can find decent deals with rewards card. FYI California passed a ban on plastic bags so if you dont bring in your own youll have to pay 10 cents for a paper bag.

I think this Ralphs is a lot nicer than the Stater Bros next door, but the prices also seem higher. So its a price vs quality of establishment trade off. That said, Stater Bros has a better quality meat in my opinion.
