Butcher shop is great - everything else is subpar. Fresh vegetables and fruit are overpriced, and they dont have bags for the vegetables anywhere along the wall -- you have to walk into another section of the department to obtain bags. Eggs are overpriced. Cheese is arranged in such a way that its difficult to compare prices, i.e., at least 3 kinds of parmesan in 3 different locations. Yogurt of the same brand was not available behind the same door, but was displayed in different rows and columns -- again, making it very difficult to locate what you want and compare it to similar products; the value-price bread is cut far too thick and dry as a bone; bakery has far too many items that are made elsewhere and very little that is made in store -- particularly for pies or similar items. Compared to Ralphs Marketplace, Vons, or Albertsons, this store is just a poor step-child

This market was a wonderful addition to our neighborhood a little more than 5+ years ago. I find the staff, especially the management, exceptionally responsive to patrons needs, requests, and CONCERNS! Over the course of years the manager, Jeff Doup, has gone out of his way to say "hello" when I come to shop, even stopping to ask how family is and share a bit of time. I have NEVER had that kind of experience in a large facility and appreciate his customer service and sincere appreciation for his patrons. I have no problem going to him when there is something that concerns me with staff or service. He is not only responsive but will seek to rectify the problem IMMEDIATELY! Thank you for your caring shopping environment. It makes the chore of shopping a bit easier.

Had a very bad experience today with a staff in the produce department between the time of 11am & 11:30am, particularly the guy filling the corn supply area. He was do rude to me & my son-in-law noticed it also. Just to avoid any argument with the staff, he just went away from the area. He was acting lime he didnt want me to spend time choosing, as if I was like bothering him in doing his job. I reported the incident to the store manager. I hope this kind of incident will not happen again in our next visits, or with other customers. We regularly visit the store weekly. The store location is in Euclid Street, Chino, CA.

This store is the most disgusting store. I went to grab a bag of chips and ants were everywhere. I asked to speak to a manger and I waited and waited and some rude manger comes down and tries to tell me it wasnt ants. Also the bathroom was disgusting when I told the manger he just sent some guy to clean the ladies restroom I wont be shopping here anymore. Rude customer service especially manger. Who seems to have an attitude. This store could do better by having more employees out on the floor and not all in the front of the store. Its hard to get out when theres baskets everywhere when you go to check out.

I absolutely love this replacement to their old location on Riverside Dr.! Even though its a few more miles away from me than the old one, the store is brand new and has much more to offer! They now have a bakery and a pharmacy - two things the old location didnt have! Overall, Im sure this store is serving hundreds (if not thousands) more people because of the location change and Stater Bros Markets have always offered local (community) food products which puts a few bucks back in your citys pocket, so thats a plus!

Exceptional help with unloading your cart or walking you to your car. Staff very friendly. Their items are cheaper than Wal-Mart superstore! Its always a busy store.
