Went to American Freight in Monroe for the first time today. I cant say that I wasnt satisfied. We went to go pick out a new bed for my granddaughter and a sectional and mattress for me and my husband. The workers there were very handy and very helpful. They even acknowledged my granddaughter and made her feel like a part of the sale. They asked her opinion about what she liked and didnt and did not ignore her like most salesmen do with children. They got a perfect bed for her, the Bedazzled" (as my grand daughter calls it) Lavender color bed frame and they even helped her pick the mattress she liked best and she loves it!! Her grandfather and I especially loved their AWESOME prices! We got a Simmons Beauty Rest pillow top and my back hasnt felt this good in years and our other grand children dont want to get off of our new sectional! We got the perfect furniture for all of us! We are very happy with American Freight in Monroe!!! Keep up the good work!!!

I bought a sofa, loveseat and a chair and s half recliner. I did receive the couch and loveseat that I ordered but without the center leg on the couch that I requested and was told would be there. The guys that delivered the stuff were pleasant enough but in the end told me they would return to install the leg and of course did not. Finally, I also did not receive the recliner I ordered but was assured twice, almost 3 weeks apart that I would receive my recliner when some truck comes in from another state but again, no delivery and of course no call. The only communication I receive is what I initiate and even then Im given assurances that no one so far has followed through on. I gave 2 stars only because I did receive the couch. Other than that, this place is one star all the way. Terrible service.

I am not a happy costumer. I love the atmosphere and the workers and genuinely nice. But I am going on my 4th sofa set. 1st. The board underneath broke when I went to sit down. (I am 138lbs) should not have broke after having it 3 months. 2nd. The stitching came out of the seems around the arms on both love seat and sofa. 3rd. I just received 5 days ago and the arm broke in the sofa. No, No one sits on the arms of my furniture. Thats a big no no in my home. This is all within the last year and a half. Everytime I have to exchange these sets, I have to pay for shipping again unless I take them in myself.

Great prices for new furniture here, and its worth it. We had an issue where the two sofas we bought from them were delivered, and under all the plastic, they were damaged. We called the store the next day, and the manager, Nate, offered to fix the situation by delivering brand new ones and picking up the damaged ones. He said he would also cover the new delivery charge. WHOOF! Huge relief. We were scared American Freight would not fix this issue or leave us out of luck, but they didnt. Thank you very much.

The service was good, however I paid for furniture and was told it would be delivered to me today and I made plans to have a gathering and had to cancel at the last minute because I never received my furniture. I paid for it a day ago, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I am very disappointed and upset I have wasted a lot of money on a gathering that was ruined due to NONE DELIVERY OF PURCHASED FURNITURE.

We came on Black Friday for the sales. We live about 40 min away from here but our family friends suggested it! Ive been here a few times and loved the selection! So I made my boyfriend come to American freight! And he was so happy and pleased I did! I let him make the last decision on what he ultimately wanted! We love it! Some very minor defects but cant beat the price and with some good care our sectional will last a while :)

Going back for the fourth time waited over three weeks for a bed frame and still havent got all the pieces, cannot get the store manager to call me back at all , if your gonna buy something here make sure its in stock and check all boxes before leaving there all I keep hearing from them is how sorry they are n they tell me the manager will call me and he never does! Sorry I even shoped here now!

This store had so much to choose from! Nate was helpful as soon as we walked in but let us decide on our own without being pushy. We had a couch and dining set picked out within the hour and he helped answer all of our questions and gave advice when we were between two products! They will even deliver the same day on a Sunday! We will definitely come back for any other furniture we need.

I went to American Freight for the first time, was greeted by Nate, and found the furniture that I needed in record time. The variety of styles was amazing. The prices are very reasonable, name brands are all familiar ones. And most importantly Nate was very helpful, not pushy like some salesmen, but very considerate. I`ll be back and will recommend American Freight often !!

My husband & I left another Monroe store because their prices were outrageous. We had never been to American Freight until tonight, and we left with a new king size bed. The service was fantastic and the prices were almost $1000 cheaper for a similar high quality mattress set. We will definitely be back, and highly recomend them to friends & family!

Walked into American Freight on Telegraph Rd. in Monroe, Found A beautiful furniture set and had the best experience with Nate! I will honestly refer my family and friends to American Freight! Nate was very welcoming and made us extremely comfortable browsing there, he answered our questions and guided us in the right direction! Loved it!!!

They lie about prices! We came all the way from downriver to find out that Big Lot has the exact same recliners for cheaper or same price. They have an ad on TV stating living rooms sets starting at $399! Hell they dont even have a recliner under that price! Like I said Big Lot has the same furniture Simmons & Ashley products.

Overall I had an excellent experience shopping at the Monroe location. I used the free layaway and made payments towards the furniture I wanted, now everything is paid and looks great in my new home. Salesman Nate was very knowledgeable and helped make the whole shopping experience easier.

This place was so incredibly helpful. Im moving into a new apartment with my girlfriend and a friend of hers and the store manager Nate was so resourceful. He helped us pick out the couch and lamp we fell in love with. Well definitely come back for the rest of our furniture .
