I came here yesterday with a friend to grab some pizza from the Pizza Hut inside the store. The person behind the counter, her name was Tina, informed us that it would be a few minutes before the pizzas would be ready. Neither of us thought much of it and we got our drinks and sat down. While waiting I heard Tina greet every customer with a professional and friendly tone. Our food was done in a very timely manner and Tina thanked us for our patience with some free popcorn. I work in customer service myself, and I appreciate good service when I encounter it. Sadly it is becoming more and more rare, but I can truly say that Tina made what was a very routine encounter a truly good experience. Thats what customer service is supposed to be.

Close to home, but smaller than normal target. Great for everyday needs. They seem to have the eatery and Starbucks open all the time. I beg to differ with the ghetto comment below. , I shop here at least once a week and have no issues with guests or team members everyone minds their own business with the exception of some employees asking if you need any help. All the employees are really nice. I do go to the Northville / Livonia one only when this store doesnt have what I need or I am already out there.

Yes I can say Target is a very good store could I ask you to get a red card if your credit good enough so that you can shop and get things when you dont have no money in your pocket in the pay monthly on it thats pretty good Target steals Target even though we dont have any Northland no more I go out there on Grand River and this is still a good store thats my comment

I love the competition this location holds up with its neighbors Walmart and Kmart. The overall prices are lower, except for the groceries and electronics. But today I came for the Pepsi on sale $.88!! So I bought a dozen. They also had my Watermelon Extra and Panda fudge bites. The staff is usually vacant except for electronics and the registers

As far as Target goes this is a good option for faster in-out shopping needs . The location is smaller than most other Target stores so as a result you will not have the same large selection of merchandise you may be accustomed to, having said that you may also find something your looking for that a larger Target store may be sold out of.

One Employee went and above his expectation to help me. This young man, Raymond Fella took great care of me when I had a major surgery. I didnt know he worked at Target in Farmington. Please give him his job back, I am doing much better now. He wants to work. Please let him come back. He really misses working there.

This location is convenient, but not stocked like other larger locations, its usually clean but they NEVER have enough registers open. I dont like that the pharmacy is now cvs because now in order to use the rewards program you have to go to a completely different store. But the pharmacy staff is amazing!!!!

An older lady with a cane just walked in and theres no electric handicap carts at all. Staff just searched the parking lot and there is absolutely none in the entire store. She had to just walk out and leave because they could not accommodate her. Very sad.

Target pays their employees among the lowest of retail offerings. They hire part time only (other then manager). They over work everyone for low pay. Theyre like Walmart. Both companies that should be embarrassed and ashamed

Large and fairly clean store. Their clothing selection is always picked over and in slight disarray but a few choice employees are very kinda, personable, and friendly making the experience of shopping here worth your while.

I love the Target Red Card and shop there whenever I can...love the new self checkout with a hand scanner on each station....alot easier with the heavy cat litter I always get. Thanks Target.....

Decent target, not as busy as the other ones which makes it nice when you need to grab something quickly. The layout is a little weird compared to others but after a few trips youll be used to it.
