The worst business in monroe I went to them with a couch that had the springs worn out in it and needed them replaced before I even get to the terrible job they did I must say that they were some of the rudest people. Every time I asked a question I got a extremely rude answer. But now on to the job when I finally got my couch back 2 months later I noticed that the couch was barely any firmer than when I sent it in. Well about a month later the couch was in the same condition as it was when I brought it in so I tipped the couch over and looked inside... They didnt replace the springs they took evry one of them stuffed them full after foam and Tied them up because they were to lazy and wanted to turn a bigger profit than if they had changed the springs all together so I took it in and they refused to fix it insisting that I asked them to do that so that I didnt have spend the extra money so I took it to one of the other upholstery shops in monroe and had it fixed and it has worked fine for the last 3 years and no signs of problems.

Went in today to have a boat seat repadded and finished with canvas, same as a seat they did just a few months ago. The owner was not pleasant to work with last time and the shop was very dirty, however since they did a good job on the seat I thought I would give him another try. Today he was worse. When I asked him for a quote he took a minute to think and then priced me at double what I paid in the Spring. I asked him why that was and he walked away, came back with a business card and stated "if you dont like the price go somewhere else" and then left the room. I could not believe this is how he treats his customer and especially return business. I will never step foot in this dirty, poorly ran place again.

I went in there yesterday (2-20-2017)to see about getting new vinaling done on my boat seats because when I bought the boat Saturday I didnt see how much mold there was on them and the guy looked at them and wrote down on a note book 1000 bucks he didnt seem like he even took the time only one cushion was real bad others had a couple spots or whatever .. my husband wasnt to thrilled with our receipt it was a chicken scratch on paper... smh!! So can anyone let me know where else I can go for my upholstery plz!

Thats awful, I had a couch done in 94. Their father came and picked it up, carried it down three flights of stairs by himself-- I was 8 months pregnant, and brought it back two weeks later. The couch looked amazing!!! And Mr. Hoffman was a lovely person. I had heard his sons took over after his death. I was hoping they kept the same standards as their father. As now, years later, the couch needs to be reupholstered. Thanks for the heads up. Guess Ill look someplace else.
