Extremely rude, unprofessional, screwed up installation & refused to fix it. In a nutshell - they sold us a King size bed, didnt provide or install the midspan supports while assembling it, causing mattress boxes to sag in the middle, and refused to provide the missing supports later, in a very rude and insulting manner. Now the details. Back in about 05 or maybe 06 we bought a king size bed frame from the House of Bedrooms (bought a whole bedroom set from them a couple years before that). Paid about $900. Bought the mattress & box separately. The bed was delivered and assembled by the store, the mattress was delivered and installed later the same day. I was traveling, when I got home the following weekend it was all set up. About a year or so ago my wife started to notice that the mattress didnt feel right. We thought it was the mattress fault. Finally, I removed the mattress completely and noticed that the mattress boxes underneath were sagging. When I removed one of the boxes, I realized that there was absolutely no support for most of the length - only the ends were supported by cross bracing, while most of the span of the mattress and the box was literally hanging in the air. It was a miracle the wooden boxes would support the weight of the mattress and two people for years before giving in. The bed they sold us did not provide sufficient support for the mattress and now we need to replace both boxes because of it. I decided I didnt want to argue over the cost of the boxes, but the least they can do for us is provide the missing supports. I called the House of Bedrooms and talked to Frank (store manager, I assume - he never gave me his position or last name, but I did speak to a couple of other employees before being referred to him). He offered to sell me the support for $60, and when I said that I feel he needs to provide it for free - since it was their omission in the first place - and said I will file a complaint with BBB, he went ballistic. He told me I was "ridiculous" and "wanted freebies"; he told me he will give me the support "to get me out of his life" but I need to go to the warehouse "so that I dont have to see your face in my store". His attitude was insulting, and I refused to continue this conversation. I filed a complaint to BBB and this afternoon got a call from "Jeff" who said he was the store owner. He said that they have one year warranty and dont owe me anything, however "out of goodness of his heart and because he is such a nice guy" (this is a literal quote, and he repeated this several times) he would give me the missing support free of charge. He then, in the same breath, told me I was ridiculous, trying to rip him off, etc. etc. He would barely let me speak, and his whole attitude was extremely insulting. Needless to say, I didnt accept this "offer". He can take this support and .. well, I wont go down to his level. This company is run by crooks. Do not buy anything in the House of Bedrooms unless you are prepared for it to break later and want to be lied to, bullied, and insulted. Oh, and check them on Yelp. Im not the only one running into this kind of bullying attitude when complaining about their "service".

Horrible service. I purchased a bedroom set from this place and the bed frame broke conveniently after my warranty had expired. I called the store to let them know and I had to pay 300.00 for a new frame.... I pay for the frame and set up an appointment to have it delivered to my home and the delivery truck said that they missed me all the while I was in my home waiting for them to arrive and I had to reschedule another delivery date all be it for the next week to be delivered. Also the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and nasty. I will NEVER go back to purchase another thing g from these people. Customer service does matter, House Of Bedrooms need to get that memo. EXTREMELY PISSED!

The ENTIRE store is filled with different styles of beautiful bedrooms sets. Not a section of the store, the ENTIRE store. I like that they took the time to create a room for each bedroom set, so you can see how the furniture would actually look in a bedroom. I also appreciated the low pressure which made it easy to take our time finding what we liked. The hardest part of the process was making a decision between the 5 different sets that we liked :)

Great place to find bedroom furniture and then some!!!!! The sales people were WONDERFUL, left me to look around with no high pressure!!! The showroom has something for everyone out there and the accessories are GREAT. Office staff was very friendly and delivery guys were awesome!!!! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!!!!
