Disappointing after sales experience at BEST. Spent a great deal of money for light fixtures on a new custom home and had some issues with quality and cracked glass delivered. Its been well over 2 months since contacting our person, weve moved in and no resolution to our problems. Service tech who came out to look and assist was great. He agreed with the quality, took photos and passed it over to our rep. Pity I cant say the same for our customer consultant. I think after care sales is an issue for her and not her strong point. Great at showing you the product and getting your money. Poor in after sales follow up and communication. Countless emails and the same old response. Frustrating at this point, perhaps I should just send them back and re-buy from someone else. Consider other lighting company for your light need, would be my recommendation.

We had a fabulous experience at Pinetree Lighting, thanks entirely to Ivona! With a new build home and no lighting picked out, we spent 2.5 hours and picked out all lighting for our entire house--indoor and outdoor! We couldnt believe we got all that done and left in a positive mood, haha. Ivona knew exactly what we wanted and made sure we saw all examples before making a decision. We couldnt believe how knowledgeable she was on the products they had in house as well as by order. So happy we placed our large order with them, cant wait to pick them all up! Should we need any lighting in the future we are only going to them. Cannot recommend enough!

I went into Pine Tree Lighting over the holidays to pick out a new chandelier for over my dining room. I went in on the 18th and they rushed my order and had it to be before Christmas. Ive been to a few different lighting stores around the area, and Pine Tree most definitely has the best selection around! The employees are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend this store to everyone!

The options are great and easy to find something you like, but customer service seems false with only looking out what they sell. Telling you one specification when you buy it and couple months past and you call back with an issue and they say a different specification. Either the person told us wrong or just wanted to sell the light fixture... Either way they refuse their claim and lied.

We are thrilled not only with the selection PineTree has to offer, but the service was exceptional!! The Manager Dennis, was extreamly knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions and design. Pine Tree is the only place I would purchase my lighting and Pato furniture from. Great service and pricing as well.
