We couldnt be happier with our new sleep number bed, and the excellent service we received from Michelle. Unlike other places weve been, the sales specialists there are not pushy. Michelle helped us select exactly what we needed within the budget we stipulated. The sleep system analysis they use to determine the mattress type that is best suited for the individual body types is spot on! The type it indicated we needed, surprisingly wasnt the ones I would have gravitated to, but ended up being one of the most comfortable mattresses Ive ever slept on! Oh, and big bonus is the "SNORE" button on the adjustable beds. If youve ever wondered if it really works, the answer is yes!! My husband used to snore so loud I would need earplugs to sleep at night, but not with this bed. It has greatly decreased and almost obliterated his snoring altogether! He now only begins to snore occasionally, and much more quietly, but it stops within minutes versus continuing all night long! Being as he was such a loud all night snorer, that could be heard across the entire house, this is a major improvement! Michelle had so much patience throughout my wavering of which mattress to get. When purchasing something that is so critical to getting a good nights sleep, and that is an investment youll have around for lots of years, its great to have a sales person like her that understands the magnitude of that decision. She was just as kind and attentive on my third or fourth visit, LOL , before making our final choice. I highly recommend visiting this store if you are looking for a new mattress!

After shopping at several stores in the local area , and not being impressed with any of them , especially the rude and pushy salesmen at Gardner White, we returned to the Pure Sleep Store in Lake Orion. Heres why: a) Michelle, the store manager was very knowledgeable about her products and steered us towards 3 different brands of mattress which she thought would meet our needs. b) We were never pressured in any way to make a purchase. c) Once we had made our decision on the mattress that we wanted , Michelle was able to match it up with an affordable adjustable base at a great price. Comparatively less than the competition. d) Not only that, but this store also carries a quality selection of sheets, mattress protectors and pillows. e) Free next day delivery and professional set up as promised.....they even took away our old bed. All in all, Michelle made purchasing this bed a very pleasant experience and we both would very highly recommend this store to anyone. We love our new bed!!!!

Michelle was extremely helpful and patient to make sure we chose perfectly comfortable and supportive mattresses for both my husband and I and our guest rooms. She made sure we walked away with everything we needed for high quality bedding, including mattress covers - who knew there was such science in mattresses and covers? I left understanding how to sleep better by controlling the beddings temperature through simple, affordable products. We are enjoying our new bedding. Great job Michelle!

The service here, selection, and expert sleep diagnostic system is GREAT! The manager Michelle took lots of time to find the perfect mattress. I love the duo adjustable bed that has been great for sleeping comfortably and soundly, while preventing my husband from snoring with the special setting on the remote control!!! We shopped around at a few places before coming to this location, including another Art Van Sleep Center, and found this one to be the BEST!

Great experience! My wife and I were looking for new mattresses and went all over before stopping here. The store manager, Michelle, had us lie down in a contraption that helped us narrow down bed types then she spent a good amount of time getting us into the most comfortable set. We ended up buying a mattress set for half of what we expected, delivered two days later, and sleeping great now!
