Brambles is as lovely as the website pictures and more. I had the full tea one day; it was just perfect (and Im pretty critical). I went back the next day and had the coronation chicken salad sandwich, which was excellent. It came with a generous salad and potato chips (crisps as the Brits call them). I had my tea iced (there are a couple dozen varieties available). The soundtrack of old 1930s and 40s tunes, and the waitresses dressed in traditional black with white aprons and caps, really made me feel as if I was in the England of a long time ago. Also loved the pink rose wallpaper and lace decor. Its not for everyone--there were mostly women there--but if you enjoy good food and a lovely ambiance, its not to be missed.

My husband was hesitant about joining me and my little 3-year-old girl at such a "girlie, ladylike tearoom" type of atmosphere, but boy, was he pleasantly surprised. While my little girl dined across from "Mr. Brambles", the resident Bear, on PB and J finger sandwiches, I enjoyed freshly brewed tea in my own pot and dined on the most delicious, generous slice of quiche. My husband could not get enough of what he calls the most fantastic shepards pie ever, while sipping a pint of a good English brew. The owners are so gracious and attentive. The desserts are devine. It was a lunch to remember.

A good tea room can be hard to find. My family loves Brambles. We had tea on Christmas Eve last year and plan to continue that tradition from now on. The men enjoyed tea as much as the women. I love the Brambles afternoon tea, but there is something for everyone on the menu. We dont only go at Christmas, of course. Now that Ive moved here, I plan to go often. The people are lovely, the tea room is quaint, the tea (and other beverages) and food are wonderful. I hope they are in business forever. This is a great place to celebrate anything. Naples without this tea room just wouldnt be quite right.

LOVE Brambles! We cant afford to go there too often, but as a treat, its one of my favorite spots in town. Weve always gotten attentive service and good food. A little too pink for my taste, but Im not a fan of pink anyways. ;) Its relaxing and makes me feel like Im no longer in Naples, FL (which, personally, I enjoy!). In my opinion, the laid-back setting and the scones w/dev cream & strawberries are worth the price. Thank you, Brambles!

Very cute tea room! Went with my family and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and tea experience. It was a bit expensive and we did ask for some things that we didnt receive (werent charged for them). I would recommend this place, but keep price in mind. If youre looking for something cheap, then look elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and polite, too!

I was really impressed by the romantic atmosphere of this place! Brambles is located at a quiet and beautiful little street with a lovely name "Rue de Fleurs"! The interior is pretty, and the staff is very friendly and hospitable. The food was delicious and served beautifully. I will definitely come back next time when I visit Naples!

I think they have the rite idea, but unimpressed with the food!!!! Seemed like “Wonderbread” with "Oscar Myer” meat... Yuck! For heavens sake at minimum make your own bread and provide quality content. Was a bit pissed about my bill because of what I did not eat. I was completely insulted by the food put before me.

Food is divine!!! i cant get enough! i would live there if possible! the service is nice. the setting is charming and authentic. the food is to die for, due to the fact that it is soo fresh and delicious! we love it! if you dont go there, you are missing out on a great experience.

Perfect place for a quite cup of tea or a leisurely lunch. Tea room is sometimes crowded after lunch, but I usually arrive shortly after opening and enjoy it before the crowd arrives
